Riverfront home on the beautiful wild and scenic mouth of the Klamath River. Custom built in the summer of 2007, it has a commercial kitchen and full-picture windows, with south exposure to a full front deck, outside of the warm and open living area. The house is fully furnished, and private-chef is available upon request. Home is built on the back hill of a 25-site, 2.5 acre R.V. resort, a destination for those seeking award-winning salmon and steel head fishing.

It is a fisherman's paradise, The owner Jim Bansemer is a full time fishing guide for Salmon and Steelhead and also flyfishing trips, we fish the Klamath, Smith and Chetco Rivers. Check out our website goldriverguides.It is a unique property for those of all ages, situated in the small, community based and visitor friendly town of Klamath. One mile north is the famous Trees of Mystery where visitors can glimpse and experience the rare and famous Redwood trees and other age old mysteries. We also have rental boats and kayaks on the property. We are located off of Highway 101 and Requa Rd, west on Requa Rd. and left on Hughes, follow the road down to the riverfront home, 200 Hughes Rd., Klamath, CA 95548.
