  Excellent home. Very nicely appointed. Kitchen was very well equipped. Parking is tight so don't try to bring more that 2 cars. Easy access via bike to get to publix, the pools and the beach very quickly. We had 3 families with 11 people total. The bunk room/sitting area was great for the teenage boys to hang out after a fun day at the beach.

  My family stayed here for a week last August. It is an absolutely fantastic vacation home. The house is furnished beautifully and there is plenty of room. It is convenient to the community pools and the local restaurants. To be honest, I do not think we drove our rental car at all while we were here! Everything you need to get to is convenient by bicycle. The community itself could not be more quaint and convenient and upscale. We will definitely return! If you are looking for a fantastic place in Watercolors you cannot go wrong with this home.

  We have stayed here several times and loved every day! The house is beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone to relax. The kids room upstairs has 2 sets of built in bunkbeds and their own entertainent room! The 2 master bedrooms upstairs are beautiful. Our favorite is the back master for it's private screened in porch with gas fireplace! My parents like the front for the warm morning sun! His mom likes the downstairs bedroom because it has a door to the front porch. The kitchen is a cooks dream! High end appliances to cook any meal - even a Thanksgiving dinner for 10! The back of the house looks to the nature preserve giving plenty of privacy with peace and quiet. Watercolor is a great community. Grocery store is a bike ride away - beach is right around the corner and everyone is so nice! We will be back again!!

  We loved staying at this wonderfull home. It has all the amenities for everyone. The upstairs livingroom for the kids is where I found my kids all the time. The adjoining bunk room provides ample space to keep the kids occupied. The 2 master suites with KING beds was a serious bonus for us. The tranquility of the screened porches facing the woods provided for a relaxing time for coffee and a warm fireplace. The house has surround sound in almost all rooms so when it is time to get down ,, we ALL are in sync. The best feature for us was the OPEN kitchen and great room for our large family to gather and spend quality time!
