We are so proud to share our beautiful family vacation home with you! Our oceanfront, over-sized Coast Cottage is ideal for comfortable family entertaining, corporate retreats, or your most selective guest.
Completed in 2002 as a family retreat, Emmeline Cottage was featured in Coastal Living Magazine and was a highlight of the Island's most prestigious tour of homes in 2003.
The entry floor has three bedrooms, (one queen, one twin trundle, and four bunks), a living room with large screen media center, bar, and game area. On the second floor is the family room, kitchen, dining room, pantry, powder room and guest suite, all with unbelievable views and porches. The kitchen and pantry are well equipped with gourmet appliances, two dishwashers, a warming drawer, two ovens, icemaker, and wine cooler.
Two incredible master suites complete the third floor, which leads to the private roof top deck.
Music is wired throughout the house and can be enjoyed anywhere, including the roof top deck. We think no detail has been overlooked. Fine furnishings, antiques and original artwork will please the most discriminating. As you build a lifetime of memories with your family and friends, you'll dream of returning again and again to Emmeline Cottage.
This property is available for weekly and monthly rental only. Arrival is restricted to Saturday only. Though our home is ideal for entertaining, gatherings of more than 14 are strictly prohibited.
