No weekend rentals during June, July, or August. During the off season, rates are available for stays of 3 nights or longer. All weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. A deposit of 50% of the weekly rental rate confirms the week selected.
The cottage is a small unit, about 1,000 square feet of indoor heated space. While the cottage will sleep up to 8 people, 8 adults would probably be uncomfortable; 6 adults works as does 3 or 4 teens/children plus 3 or 4 adults.
