A spacious 2000 sq. ft private waterfront home with 75' of protected deep water dock on a finger canal off the Bay/ Gulf of Mexico and is minutes to the Atlantic Ocean.
Our large ground level family home is ideal for those who love boating or just enjoy having quiet time overlooking the water.
We have recently renovated our home with lots of extras for a carefree vacation with a fully equipped kitchen w/ new appliances, tile thru out, new a/c, washer / dryer and a fish cleaning table & bait freezer.
There are two master suites with king size beds in each. Each master has a private bath. The guest room has two twin beds and a private 1/2 bath. Den has a queen futon.
Living room has a 36” cable TV & DVD, each bedroom has a cable TV / DVD.
There is a patio deck with a new gas grill so you can cook your day's catch while watching the incredible sunset.
There is room for two boats as well as plenty of parking for trailers & cars. A public boat ramp is minutes away on Aviation Blvd.
Private Cabana Club Membership included with sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, Olympic size climate controlled ( heated in winter & chilled in summer) pool, hot tub, poolside tiki bar and restaurant. There is also a changing room with showers as well as a game room for the kids. The club is in Key Colony Beach one mile away.
Our home is located at Mile marker 52.5 in Marathon.
We are only minutes away from beaches, fishing, snorkeling, diving, the dolphin research center, and both fine & casual dining. As for the essentials, the Marathon Regional Airport, Publix, Kmart and several other shopping areas are also minutes away. Key West is only 50 minutes away.
