Enjoy the Sunset while relaxing on Deck - Florida Keys Vacation Rental in the Marathon Area A spacious 2000 sq. ft private waterfront home with 75' of protected deep water dock on a finger canal off the Bay/ Gulf of Mexico and minutes to the Atlantic Ocean. Our large ground level family home has recently been renovated to suit a boater's life style with tile thru out. There is room for two boats as well as plenty of parking for trailers & cars. A public boat ramp is minutes away on Aviation Blvd. Garage refrigerator & Bait freezer available. There are two master suites with king size beds in each. Each master has a private bath. The guest room has two twin beds and a private 1/2 bath. Living room has a 36” cable TV & DVD, each bedroom has a cable TV / DVD Fully equipped kitchen & bar with a microwave, blender, toaster oven, dishes, flatware, glasses, pots and pans. Washer / Dryer. There is a patio deck with a new gas grill so you can cook your day's catch while watching the incredible sunset. Private Cabana Club Membership included with sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, olympic size climate controlled ( heated in winter & chilled in summer) pool, hot tub, poolside tiki bar and restaurant, beach shop for sundries, snacks, and drinks. There is also a changing room with showers as well as a game room for the kids. The club is in Key Colony Beach one mile away. Our home is located at Mile marker 52.5 in Marathon. We are only minutes away from beaches, fishing, snorkeling, diving, the dolphin research center, and both fine & casual dining. As for the essentials, the Marathon Regional Airport, Publix, Kmart and several other shopping areas are also minutes away. Key West is only 50 minutes away.
