  This was a wonderful house! It can accommodate a good number of people, perfect for a lengthy vacay. I rented the house for my college graduation with some buddies and found it to be spacious. The house is furnished with everything you need to feel like it's your house: restaurante guides/recommendations, fishing maps, fishing regulations, pots, pans, bait freezer, beach bikes (3), and a membership to a private club minutes from where you'll stay. Second visit, and planning a third in the near future!

  This house worked great for the 6 of us. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook and have a good time. We docked our 29' boat out back with no problems. I am in a wheelchair and except for the steps I got around fine..

  Six of us had a wonderful time here and we couldn't ask for anything more. The use of the Cabana Club is a very nice perk. The house was everthything we had in mind and the area is close to many wonderful beaches and things to do. Can't wait to go back!

  What a great place to stay! The Middle Keys are perfect for getting around. The home was just what we needed, cool and comfortable for all six of us. The only thing we added to our stay was food and of course adult beverages, but the house need nothing more. We even had a Manatee greet us three mornings while we were having breakfast on the deck. The house is close to everything you'd want to do, snorkeling trips, fishing charters, beaches, shopping, grocery stores and of course the Cabanna Club! What a nice added feature to staying here. Key West is only 53 miles away with great views all along the way with plenty of places to stop. Find the "No Name Pub" and have seafood alfredo pizza and check out the walls and ceilings covered in dollar bills, amazing!!! Great place! Great fun!

  We had a great time at your house. The manatees were in the cannel which was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and it was excellent. We cooked a holiday turkey meal and everything was great. I really cannot think of anything you could do to improve our stay. We had a great time and it was a perfect place to celebrate the holiday with my sister and her family.

  Snider children This vacation was so FUN!!! We saw the manatees we named them “Prul”(mom) and “Max” (dad) and “Ruby” the baby. The dock had a lot of seaweed. From parents We had a wonderful time in your lovely home again! The house was perfect! The manatees visited everyday.. which made my girls super happy. They named them Max, Pearl and Ruby! Thank you ! Thank you ! Thank You!

  Our vacation started June 2nd and ended June 9th. The house was absolutely perfect! The size, location and information that was provided by the owner was right on! The house was spotless and maintained very well. The property manager was very good. If we had any issues, which we didn't she was right on it. She was very pleasant and personable. I would and have recommended the house to a few friends already. We will be coming back. The fishing was fantastic! There was a freezer in the garage that was loaded with bait for our use! There are very good restuarants in the area and the best part was the cabana swim club and bar on the beach! Fantastic touch with a great house! The house is centrally located just 54 miles from Key west, 12 miles from outdoor world of fishing, and 9 miles from some fantastic bone fishing right off the beach. Tarpon were all over and managed to hook a few and fight them to the boat! Ideal place to vacation. This was a true paradise! We will be back again next year!

  The house could not had been better! it was fabulous! super clean and well stocked! We had a marvelous time because of it! Will definately stay in that property again should we return to the keys! The membership to the "Key Colony Beach Cabana Club" was outstanding!

  Stayed at this house for 2 weeks while in Marathon, FL. It has everything you need and will make you feel at home while in the Florida Keys. Very spacious, with a nice deck to relax on. The Cabana Club is also a nice option for a nice day at the beach.

  What an amazing vacation! Your home filled our needs perfectly especially for our graduating seniors! Best of all the manatees came to visit 3 time! The snorkeling by Cabana Club was fun- day trips to Key West and Key Largo were fun too. And we highly recommend Frank’s grille for one night _ Keys fisheries was fun too – sitting gulfside watching the tarpon and the sunset! Thank you for sharing your home.

  We knew it was going to be a great week when we saw a manatee in the canal on our 1st morning! That was our only sighting but we were hooked! We spent that same day at the Cabana Club and had another sighting- 1980 movie star Ally Sheedy! Our mornings always started with cappuccino form Sweet Savannahs and we highly recommend them to future guests. We also recommend a spa day ay Hawk’s cay and an island hopper helicopter tour. Thank you so much for opening your home to us

  The house was spotless which was importan as we had our 11th month old crawling everywhere. There were just three of us, so there was more house than we needed - it's quite spacious. It was near a fish market and a highly recommened restaurant which was great. The Cabana club was essential for us since the water temperature was too cool for the baby. Key West is not known for beaches so it was great to have the Cabana pool and it had it's only little strip of beach as well. Owner had lots of information in binder which was extremely helpful. There were plenty of linens and towels. Juliana and her house manager were both very quick to respond to questions and were there for us when we had an unexpected change in plans. All in all, this was a spacious, huge, clean, conveneintly located place to stay and I would definitely love to come back with my parents and maybe rent a boat next time.

  We did very much like the house. You have the most comfortable beds in the whole of Marathon. Everybody in my crowd kept commenting about how nice the beds were for a change. We have stayed in a lot of houses down there and this one was without a doubt, the most comfortable one and the coolest temperature wise one. That was fantastic. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and we will have to wait awhile and see what this economy is going to be like next year. There were plenty of sheets etc for us, and by the way we like that we don't have to go into the hot garage to wash and dry clothes. Thanks for letting us bring "Trouble" our dog. He enjoyed it. He tried to meet the iguanas but they did not want to play. We had a visit from a nice size manatee. He came to see us about three times. I wrote a page in your guest book you keep at the house. That’s a nice thing to do. That’s how I found out about Franks Grill. We've been going down for years and we've never seen it or heard about it and its so convenient to the house.

  This was my first time renting this house, but probably won't be my last. It was very spacious and well stocked. Loved the location as well...3 minutes to the gulf or 10 minutes to open ocean.

  My family and I had a fabulous vacation at this beautiful home located in a tropical paradise!!! The home was everything and more than we expected---very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare some great meals ( that is to say on the nights we weren't out enjoying the awesome local cuisine). The location could not be better---there is so much to see and do---we enjoyed snorkeling, scuba diving, Bahia Honda State Park and beach, scenic drives down to Key West, Key Colony Beach and Cabana Club, Sunset Park (the most beautiful sunsets ever), Sunset Grill Tiki Bar (next to the 7 mile bridge), and so much more. Juliana (the owner) was such a pleasure to work with--and I feel I made a friend. My family is definitely looking forward to our next visit to this beautiful tropical home in paradise.

  What a time we had!!! full of fun the whole week. Beautifull house, very homey, comfortable, well situaded, clean and most of all it has everything any body needs, just bring your bathing suits, all the rest is there. The Cabana Club was great, best beach in the keys ever, service @ the Cabana, excellent, nice pool too. Lots of fishing, the bait freezer was ready -n- full of bait when we got there. And my grandkids loved the iguanas -n- marine life. Next time want to stay two weeks...I wish I would of known of this property before, but I know now.

  The house is very homey. It had everything we could possibly need and was near lots of easy-access stores to make food or forgotten toiletry runs. The deck in the back was perfect for sitting out back at night, and the house is near a bunch of different beaches and some great restaurants. It was the perfect way to visit the keys. We especially enjoyed the books on the coffee table that provided a list of things to do and places to see. We only spent a weekend but the location allowed us to experience all aspects of the Keys. We can't wait to come back.

  Immaculately clean. Well equipped. Serenic back deck overlooking finger canal. Convenient access to open water. Nice neighborhood. Well worth the money. Can't wait to go back.

  Thank you for the use of your home. We had a great time fishing in the Gulf and the Atlantic and swimming at the Cabana Club. A mama manatee and her baby stopped by for a visit on Friday morning and my little nephew loved it. We watched the sunset at the Sundowner Grill and made a day trip to Key West. We had a great trip and stayed in a lovely home. The best equipped rental we have ever been in. Thanks again.

A mama manatee and her baby stopped by for a visit on Friday morning and my little nephew loved it. We watched the sunset at the Sundowner Grill and made a day trip to Key West. We were looking for some " bugs"aka lobster but they may hav epacked their bags and left the area. We dove some natural bottom & saw a nurse shark & some damsel. we will keep looking.

  This is the perfect home for a vacation in the keys. Great Location with quick access to both the ocean and the gulf. The house is very spacious, clean, and comfy. The owners are very helpful. I strongly recommend renting this house.

  Very nice place - Suited our needs well. We ll equipped lots of towels and bedding. We had a good time here & would come back. Especially nice to have the "What to Do " and "the Where to Eat" notebooks that you made for us.

  The house was as spacious and beautiful as the pictures and descrption said it was. It was very clean and updated, I would definetely come back and I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a great get away. Whether you want to relax in the back yard on the water or want to go to the tiki bars and restaurants or want to sight see this place has something for everyone!!!!!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this vacation home! It was spacious, comfortable and had all the comforts of home. The location is perfect and is close to beaches, restaurants, and stores. We sat out on the deck and had breakfast each morning - it was wonderful. I definitely plan on returning as soon as I can.

  We found it the perfect get away and not too far of a drive. The house has everything you could need except the groceries and cook.
