There is a full bath with a tub, a large recreation room with couches, a day bed, a full stone fireplace with woodstove, a TV with DVD & VCR, Stereo and a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. The lower level screened in porch features a large 6-person hot tub available for an additional fee. This porch walks out to the back yard and down to the private dock.
This home is nestled on a 1/3 acre very private wooded lot with empty wooded lots on each side. There is a very long circular driveway affording ample parking, no need for street parking. If you or your children and interested in horses, there is a fully equipped riding stable within walking distance from the home.
