The front walkway winds past a garden of native plants sheltered by four giant oak trees, with a succulent garden at the entrance. A brick, covered patio in front is ideal for watching the sunset, while the back covered patio is perfect for sleeping, reading... or just plain doing nothing.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 (refundable)
PAYMENT: 50% due 7 days after booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATION: $200 non-refundable; balance refundable w/30-day written notice. No
refund if less than 7 days. No refund after renter takes occupancy.
