Fantastic Artist's retreat renovated in 2008. The ground level of the home has a sitting room with a futon that can be used for sleeping, a full bath, dining table and bar located in the new kitchen that opens onto furnished outdoor BBQ patio with gas grill.
The second floor has a spacious living room with Futon and TV, a queen bedroom with TV and a large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and a double and single bed, and a full bath located off the den.
All rooms open onto the porches that overlook the back yard. The home has a nice book collection, personal artwork, and many other nice touches. Located about 200 yards from the beach, you can often hear the ocean from the porches.
Walking distance to Restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, playground, and library. Parking for 2 cars in driveway and one guest parallel in front yard.
