This beautiful luxury condo is located in the Waikoloa Beach Villas at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. It’s a contemporary town home design that is based on the historic plantation style of the islands. Our condo features a spacious state-of-the-art kitchen with seating for six in the dining area. The living room has a large high-definition LCD TV with high-definition cable and DVR. The master bedroom and second bedroom also have flat screen TV's. Wireless or plug in internet is available throughout the condo free of charge. There is a large lanai with a built-in barbeque grill and wet bar to make enjoyment of the great Hawaiian outdoors just that much easier. A garage is available for convenient storage of your rental car. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort is located on 1,350 pristine ocean-front acres. Here you will find the perfect blend of Hawaiian culture and world class resort amenities. Our beautifully decorated condo is only 10 steps from the historic King’s Trail. Here you can hike to ancient Hawaiian petroglyphs and enjoy the gorgeous Kohala Coast.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort is truly a golfer’s paradise with two outstanding golf courses! The Beach Course is a Robert Trent Jones Jr design that is literally carved out of lava. The Kings Course is a Tom Weiskopf/Jay Morrish design with a links feel.
GOLF AT MEMBERSHIP RATES!
We are gold members of the Kings' Club. This membership allows us to extend our golf rates to our guests. Currently our guests can golf as at the King’s Course for $50 per person or the Beach course for $75 per person! You can golf at these rates as many times as you wish during your stay at our condo!
The non-resort rate is $195 for either course.
The resort guest rate is $130 for either course.
SAVE MONEY ON CLUB RENTALS!
You are welcome to use our golf clubs during your stay. We have four sets of golf clubs. Two sets are stored at the club house. They are Nike Sasquatch golf clubs. Both sets are right handed. There is one men’s set and one women’s set. The other two sets are stored in the master bedroom closet at the condo. Both of these sets are right handed as well. The men's clubs are a Tour Edge set. The women's clubs are a Prince set. We use the old fashioned honor system with our golf clubs. If you lose or damage a club please replace it with a comparable club. Club rental is $50 per set at the club house.
The best shopping on the entire island is only steps away at the Kings' Shops. The Kings' Shops include Macy’s, Tommy Bahama, Honolua Surf Co., Honolua Wahine, Big Island Steakhouse, Roy’s Restaurant and Merriman's Cafe. The Kings' Shops are open from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm daily.

Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Beach Villas
We chose to buy this condo because of it's location to golf and because it is a very peaceful area on the Big Island. The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful. Although we live on Maui it's nice to be able to get away and still be close to home. Our condo allows us to have several long relaxing weekends in a very lush place! It's like having a second home on another island.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We are members of the Kings' Club and really enjoy the member golf rates as well as other benefits we receive as members. We are both avid golfers so the discounted golf rate is key for us. We also enjoy "A Bay" beach for snorkeling and boogie boarding. When we are at our condo we feel as though we are staying in a five star hotel but have all the benefits and ammenities of staying in a condo. We love cooking outdoors so having the wetbar & BBQ on the lanai is perfect for us. Being able to cook for ourselves saves alot of money and we can have whatever we want. Comfort is very important to us. Some of our favorite ammenities are the memory foam mattress in the master bed, the DVR, which allows us to be on vacation and never miss our favorite shows or sport events, and the HD TV's with HD service in the living room. The picture is amazing. The property has two beautiful pools with hot tubs and waterfalls and a fitness room that we enjoy using while we are there.

We were very impressed with this property and would recommend it to anyone looking to include golf and beach activities in their itinerary. We golfed a total of 16 rounds at the Beach and Kings courses during our month stay. We estimated we saved at least $650 by utilizing the owners special membership. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and dining on the lanai. The memory foam mattress in the master bedroom was heavenly! We will be back.

The golf perks that come with this condo saves us so much money. We are avid golfers and played almost everyday on either the Kings' Course or the Beach Course. The clubs that come with the condo are in excellent shape! We especailly loved the Nike Sasquatches that are stored at the clubhouse. I will be replacing my clubs at home with a set like those asap. As always, the condo had everything we needed and then some! Each time we visit we find there have been new additions to the condo in some way. Either new decorations, new kitchen amenities or new linens. This is our fourth time returning to Bill and Tammy's condo we are in the process of booking our fifth trip right now!!. Thank you Bill and Tammy for everything. You have been wonderful to work with.

Tammy was a pleasure to work with and communicated very well and prompt. The rates were excellent for property! The condo is fully equipped and nicely decorated. We could not have asked for a better location. Shopping and affordable dining just a walk across the street. Starbucks was very close by for my morning coffee. :-) We would definitely stay here again! The accomodations felt like home and had everything needed and more.

This was my second trip to the Big Island and my second time staying at Waikoloa Beach Resort. I had stayed in a different suite the last time I came and loved the area. Tammy was a pleasure to communicate with during our search and booking period. When we arrived at the condo, we were amazed to find that the condo itself and the lanai were even more beautiful than the pictures posted here. The outdoor kitchen area with the BBQ was wonderful and we used it nearly every night. The suite was well furnished and very well maintained. It was a wonderful place to "come home to" at the end of each day and relax when the sun went down. Tammy was fantastic at responding promptly to any questions we had throughout our entire stay. I considered the suite to be quite central on the island itself, being close to Saddle Road which will take you to the observatory and Hilo, but also only being about 25 minutes away from Kona and only minutes away from a handful of beautiful beaches. The convenience of having a grocery store right across the street was a huge bonus and it was fun to wander the shops at night. We really enjoyed the 4 boogie boards, that pretty much lived in the trunk of our car throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone planning a stay on the Big Island and am looking forward to staying here again, sooner than later!

What a wonderful, beautiful and comfortable place to call "home" for our Big Island adventure! All you need is your toothbrush, clothes and stop at Safeway[across the way]. We ate "in" most of our stay and all meals on beautiful lanai. Very quiet and quite private. On ground level with wonderful garden and petroglyph trail right off lanai. Highly recommend the Blue Dragon in Kawaihae for great food and music for that night out. For adventure - zip lining with Big Island Eco Adventures [ask for Adam and Brandon] Kohala, Kamanu tours for swimming with dolphins and manta rays. Tammy was so great to work with, not a realtor but a friend. Look forward to returning next year to this Big Island home away from home. Mahalo!

My husband and I stayed at Bill and Tammy's condo for seven nights and it was wonderful. The condo was exactly as described and has everything you could want to use on the Big Island including a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, golf clubs, etc.. The golf discount they offer is also wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to the Big Island. Also Bill and Tammy were both very easy to work with and were always very prompt to return e-mails. I would highly recommend this condo!!!

My husband, son and I had the most perfect vacation while staying in this condo. Tammy and Bill have thought of every minute detail…everything a guest could ever need. It was all there, tv’s, boogie boards, beach equipment, kitchen necessities, the (amazing) memory foam bed, and more! The photos of the condo are beautiful, but when you are actually there in person, it’s even more stunning and very clean. We loved the quiet environment, gated community and feeling of seclusion, like we were there all by ourselves. Also, Tammy is amazing! She is so easy to talk with, responds to email quickly and is very helpful and informative. If you rent this condo for your vacation, you are most likely to have an all-around fantastic experience!! We are looking forward to our next trip to the Big Island next year and definitely want to stay here again. Much mahalo, Tammy and Bill, for sharing your beautiful condo.

My family and I stayed at a different Waikoloa Beach Villa condo over the New Years holiday and we though it couldn't get any better......However...The Burgemeister's condo exceeded our expectations! The unit had snorkel gear, beach gear, boogie boards....everything you would need for a perfect vacation on the Big Island! The condo itself is nicely appointed with beautiful furniture and even a huge lcd tv (good for winding down after the sun has set)! Thanks for a wonderful time!

The condo is very new and is complete with all amenities one would need for a wonderful beach / golf vacation. Tammy's communication is impeccable and booking and paying for the condo is easy and fair. The condo is very nicely decorated with island furniture, in fact I thought the unit was the builder's sales unit. It is in an excellent location with both the Queen and King shops just steps away. There were 2 adults and 3 teen / adult kids in our party and we were very comfortable. We will certainly return to this unit in the near future. Thanks Tammy!!

After searching for places to stay on the Big Island I found this particular listing. Once I talked with Tammy, I knew that this was the place to stay. Her condo will always remain memorable for my now Fiance since I proposed to her during our vacation. Walking into the condo we were already impressed by how clean and beautiful the layout was, and after finding three Kona beers in the fridge left over from the previous guest, we knew it was meant to be. One of our favorite things about the condo was the patio and bbq area. It had an amazing view from where we sat and comfy chairs to sit in while we ate our dinner. The area was very quiet and peaceful, we almost felt like we were the only people staying there most of the time! When we come back to the island we will definitely choose this condo for our stay, and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Big Island.
