This home offers the versatility of renting a 3 bedroom/2 bath main floor, a 2 bedroom/1 bath luxury retreat on the lower level or the entire 5 bedroom/3 bath home.
The 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1380 square foot main floor offers quality living space. You will find the great room, with its open floor plan and access to both the front courtyard and back patio, to be a fabulous place to gather. Prepare a home-cooked meal, order in or enjoy one of the many area restaurants. Local menus are provided for your convenience. Enjoy entertainment from the music/game/ video/book library. The kitchen/dining area provides seating for 10, service for 12, and all the large and small appliances you would expect to find in a quality home. Retreat to the master suite and watch TV or listen to music in surround sound. Sleep soundly on comfortable beds and high quality linens in one of the three distinctively decorated bedrooms.
The 2 bedroom/1 bath lower level retreat offers a warm, inviting and functional space, including a living area, mini kitchen, library, office area and luxurious bathroom with a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub for two. There is a queen bed in the romantic larger bedroom and a bright and airy seating area in the second bedroom with its TV and DVD/VHS library. This room has a twin "murphy bed" and a couch that could easily accommodate children. This lower luxury retreat has a completely separate entrance through the soon to be completed exercise area.
If you have a larger group and prefer to rent the entire 5 bedroom/ 3 bath home, the two levels are also designed to flow together to meet the needs of small groups.
The outdoor living spaces offer not only fun, but also places of solitude, room to mingle and plenty of seating. Relax in the gardens of the front courtyard with your morning coffee, while watching the birds and listening to the fountain. Play a round of miniature golf, shoot some hoops or compete in a game of tetherball. Enjoy barbequing on the back patio while soaking in the view of Pikes Peak. Watch the sun set over the mountains while lying in the hammock, or light the fire pit and socialize with family or friends into the evening. Select your favorite music for the outdoor music system and dance on one of the three patio areas. When you are here, you are home, so take your shoes off and enjoy!!
We provide a high efficiency washer and dryer on the main level and weekly housekeeping (for stays longer than two weeks) for your convenience. We also offer any special service you may need, for an additional fee. If you desire daily housekeeping, grocery shopping, clothes laundering, gift basket preparation or even a massage, we can arrange it for you...whatever you need. Personal service is our aim. |
