This condo and location will be more than you could ever expect. It sure did surprise us. Great sunrise and moonrises over Haleakala, from the bedroom, and the most amazing Maui sunsets from the privacy of your own lanai. Location is everything, especially for a family or a couple. THIS CONDO CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 5 PEOPLE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! There is ample room, lots of sleeping options. Your family and guests will particularly enjoy our den, over 300 square feet of extra space for your daytime use. This area can be a hideaway for your teens or young children to enjoy their own TV and video game area (Xbox included) while you enjoy the lanai and watch the whales (in season) or surfers directly across from the tennis court, after a busy day at the beach or site seeing. Just minutes to the beach, Kihei marketplace, grocery store, and many fine restaurants. NOTE: WE ACCEPT PAYPAL for the security/deposit Terms and Conditions Deposits and Cancellation Policy: For a deposit refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 30 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued. Terms: Check- In time is 3:00 P.M. Check-Out time is 11:00 A.M. A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out. All rates subject to 11.416% Hawaii State Tax. A $200 deposit is due within 10 days of confirmation to secure reservation. Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations. Minimum 4 night stay or service fee will be added. Check out cleaning is included for stays of 7 days or more. Maid service is available upon request at an additional charge. Special rates available for 28 day stay or longer. All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
