Vineyard Retreat is a one story cottage on an oversized secluded property directly across the road from the Williams Selyem, Drake Estate Vineyard. Here you'll experience a lot of privacy and beautiful tree and vineyard views, but it's only a short walk to the river.
The house is full of windows for lots of light, and it's surrounded by greenery for restful views. The living room, like the rest of the house, has vaulted ceilings, as well as hardwood floors and a lovely wood-burning fireplace.
The sweet country kitchen looks out on and opens up to the back patio, which is perfect for backyard barbequing. You'll find everything you need in this kitchen for serious cooking -- gas range, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, juicer, Calphalon cookware, Kitchen aid mixer, Cuisinart, and dishwasher.
In the backyard you'll find a lovely private terrace surrounded by foliage, making it feel almost like a secret garden. The backyard terrace has a 4 person hot tub, table with 6 chairs, 2 additional Adirondack chairs, and a Webber charcoal BBQ.
Vineyard Retreat is located in a clearing at the top of a small hill, so it gets tons of light but is also very private. This mid-century home has been lovingly updated for maximum comfort and style.
