  We stayed here from 21-26 March, 2012. There were 4 families with a total of 5 kids, and there was plenty of room. The house is beautiful and it is in an amazing gated community very close to the beach. Perhaps the best part about the house was the pool area. The neighborhood pool is awesome. Our kids loved it. It was very clean and very big. The hot tub was nice too. House layout: 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. The first floor has a living room, kitchen, dining area, queen bedroom, and bathroom. The second floor has a huge king bedroom with its own wet bar and its own huge bathroom with jetted tub. The second floor also has a queen bedroom with its own very nice bathroom. The third floor has another living room, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds (trundle) and a bathroom. The house is clean and well-appointed. As a side note, the house is managed by the owners – no property management company. The owners are very easy to work with, and because there is no middle man this house seems to rent for a slightly lower price than the other homes in the community. Also, the community is staffed with personnel who pick up trash, clean the pool, drive the beach shuttle, etc. They generally do a good job taking care of the place. We have rented three different homes in Destin over the past couple years. This is the best of them. We plan on staying here again for our next Destin vacation.

  We had a fantastic time vsiting Destin. The house was clean, beautiful anf fully stocked. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were so comfortable. Owner was so easy to work with...very friendly. Neighborhood is clean and safe. The walk to the pool took about a minute and a half. The pool was very nice and clean. I would highly recommend staying at this house. We hope to return for another visit.

  Great house! Loved the kitchen and verandas. Really comfortable beds. High-end furniture and appliances. Beautiful setting. 10 minute walk to the beach and shopping malls. Weather was perfect. There were 8 of us (6 adults + 2 kids), and everyone still felt like they had plenty of space. Hoping to go back soon!

  3 moms and 8 teenage girls stayed here Memorial day weekend 2010. Perfect location for us. Lots of room with 3 levels and 2 family rooms. Great location to shopping mall and outlet mall, grocery store, restaurants,water parks, etc. Pool was great; especially after day at the beach. Easy15 min walk to beach or ride the trolley service. Our teens are still talking about the great vacation and want to go again next year. Up-to-date decorations, lots of room and comfortable beds! Thank you for a great vacation, we wanted to stay longer! We just can't say enough. Look forward to future vacations at your Destin home.

  We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fully loaded. Loved the different sitting areas with TV's so everyone could enjoy their time alone. The balcony's were wonderful with great places to relax. Can't wait to come back.
