This is a beautiful 5-year old home in a quiet Gated community. The home has a pool and a spa. Patio cover for shade. Gas BBQ. There are 4 bedrooms. The master suite has a King bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 full beds and a desk. Bedroom 3 and 4 have 2 twins. All rooms have TV, cable, and DVD.

The house is situated on a corner which gives added privacy. There is also a pool table. Total square footage is about 3000. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The home is 10 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. All the furniture and beds are new and ready to have some guests!
