Phoenix 2 condo description
A place to either relax or stay busy-- our condo is great for both.
Recently updated kitchen with new counters, tile backsplash, sink, fixtures and lighting, new wood floors in hall, this will really be your home away from home. The living area has direct views of the gulf. The balcony overlooks the beach and the barbecue area.
There is a large breakfast bar with four barstools, dining table for four plus a game table. The handpainted armoire contains a large TV, DVD/VCR and a stereo system.
The three bedrooms are all very well appointed. The master has a king bed, TV with DVD and VCR and a stereo system in an armoire.
The master also has a private balcony with sliding glass doors and is away from the main living area. The second BR has two twin beds, with a sailboat theme, a TV/VCR/DVD and is perfect for the kids. The third BR has a queen bed , TV/VCR/DVD and is in a tropical tone.

We had a great time. This condo is in a good location and was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The owner was great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo. Restaurants we recommend are LULU's, Lambert's, Oyster House, Hazel's Nook (for breakfast-not Hazel's Buffet close by) and Mikee's.

Everything was in working order which was very pleasing as we have had a bad experience in another place in the past. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean. It was spacious. It was convenient to the beach but also to resturants and shopping. My favorite part is the balcony. I love sitting on it at night and listening yo the sight, sounds, smells of the ocean. Thank u for sharing it with us.

My family stayed here in June of 2011. Everything about this condo is excellent! The view is gorgeous! The condo itself is beautifully decorated! It's so inviting& relaxing! Each BR had its own TV. There was a huge flat screen in the living room. Everything you need for your stay is in the condo. Bring some clothes and you're good to go! Shopping and restaurants are minutes away.I was very impressed with everything about the condo! Very spacious. This is our second time renting from Debbie. 2010 we stayed in her 2 BR condo. It is equally as gorgeous! I would highly recommend this condo. I give it a five+ stars! We have already booked this condo for 2012! Can't wait to come back. Debbie makes payments within my budget and is great to do business with! You will NOT regret renting from her wether its the two BR or three BR condo! Thanks Debbie and family for sharing a piece of your paradise with my family!!! ROLL TIDE BABY! LOL

We rented this condo for a week in May of 09 and it was fabulous. It was very nice, safe and the location was spectacular. This was my first time renting a condo and Debbie made it so easy. I appreciated that she did not require a security deposit to be put on my credit card. We only had to send in a nights stay as the deposit and that went toward our fee for the week. The condo is very nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen is great, we loved the breakfast bar. We all had a very good time and are planning to come again in September of 2010. Hopefully we can rent from her again at the same price as i see her rates did go up some this year. You won't regret staying here.
