Beautiful home in a very private area. The living room has 24 foot tall ceilings with great views of the water. Enormous master bedroom with large bath features a large whirlpool overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway. The loft has a treadmill and weight machine that can be used while watching the boats go by. Private beach on the Intercoastal Waterway is 100' from the front door for swimming, fishing and crabbing. Watch the pelicans roost while occasional Dolphins swim by. You can also beach your boat right there and have access to the private boat ramp which is about 1/4 mile away. Rental boats are nearby. The Gulf of Mexico and all the beaches are about 10 minutes away.
The new Wharf is about 10 minutes away. Great concerts all summer, tons of restaurants and great shopping are all right there. Water world, go carts, mini golf and "The Little Zoo that could" (as seen on Animal Planet) are less than 20 minutes away. Tanger outlet Mall is about 30 minutes away in Foley.
