You are also within 5 - 10 minute walk to Unicentro ( great shopping mall with food court and entertainment center ) Banks ie ( Davivienda, Citibank, Bancolombia ) You are within a 5 minute walk to great shopping on Calle 122. The main shopping and business arteries are also within 5 to 10 minute walk ie ( Cra 15, Cra 19, Calle 122, Calle 116) . For those who want to party into the wee hours of the morning, you are within a 10 minute cab ride to Zona T/Zona Rosa/Parque 93.
There are 2 Carulla Supermarkets, one of which is a 5 minute walk, and the other a 10 minute walk. There is also EXITO supermarket in Unicentro, which is a 10 minute walk. More importantly, for people that are looking for having a place close to a transportation hub. The Transmilenio ( Calle 127 Station ) is a 5 minute walk.
For guests that are looking to stay in shape, there is a gym within a 2 minute walk ( Gym Machine ) that offers guests day passes, and monthly fees. There are also 2 gyms ( Hard Body and BodyTech ) which is about 15-20 minute or less than 5 minutes by Cab. You have 2 beautiful parks within a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
About the apartment :
The apartment is about 4 years old, in the most desirable location and barrio in Bogota. It is very safe and very quiet. We have a 24 hr porter on duty 7 days a week. All bedrooms have WIFI, a brand new 21' LG Flat Screen TV and FREE cable TV on all bedrooms. Great views of the city and the mountains.
The apartment has a great balcony, to enjoy the views of the city. FREE access to the kitchen, washer, dining room, and living room. We can guide guests and offer advise, as to where to go and organize trips to and from Bogota

These prices are certainly cheap, compared to the same type of rooms and services from nearby hotels. To give you an example. Hotel La Fontana is charging ( $300/night for a standard room, inclusive of all taxes )
