Now unpack your suitcase and leave the rest to us! You will find EVERYTHING you need at our Condo. No need to pack anything but the clothes you plan to wear! We provide all the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel from a local Maui distributor as well as blow dryers, an iron and ironing board. We provide all beach towels, bath towels and linens. We also have a beach storage unit that includes bamboo mats, beach chairs, flotation devices, cooler and umbrellas!
Our townhouse style condo is a TRUE, 2 bedroom (full size), 2 bathroom UPSTAIRS unit. You won't hear any noises above you because you are on the top floor. (Please be aware that some downstairs 1 bedroom units are advertising they have 2 bedrooms. In order to qualify as a bedroom, the room must have a window and a closet. These den conversions do not. Please do not be fooled by these downstairs units claiming to be 2 bedrooms).
Our condo is located in South Maui's Premier Condo Resort-Maui Kamaole where luxury meets privacy. Rated 4.5 out of 5 by Trip Advisors and Yahoo Travel, our condo is located at the southern most end of Kihei, bordering Wailea. It is known for its stately tropical grounds, low density, 2 story buildings and serene atmosphere. You will appreciate our private entrance and elegant setting, away from the bustle of S. Kihei Road.
The grounds are worthy of a quiet morning walk to enjoy plumeria, orchids, ferns, palm trees, bird of paradise, bougainvillea and Hibiscus. The resort sits on a hill across the street from the Kamaole Beach Park III and the Kihei Boat Harbor.
We have completely redecorated our condo retreat and we've made sure it has all the comforts and extras to make your stay on Maui very special. Just this past March (2009), we renovated the downstairs bathroom and kitchen.
Another major plus is we retain the BEST Island Agent on Maui. Louise Russell of Simply Styling Wailea prides herself on customer service and is readily available to help out in case you have additional needs! We have slight ocean views and beautiful sunsets to the West off the living room lanai while boasting of fantastic Haleakala views from the East. The living and dining areas are spacious with vaulted ceilings and comfortably furnished. Each full size bedroom has new beds with ultra plush mattress toppers, and Flat Screen TV's with Cable TV. The upstairs master suite has a queen size bed, tub/shower, large dressing area and even a private lanai for quiet outside reading. It has a loft feel but can be private when you close the shutters. The downstairs full size bedroom is very roomy with a queen size bed with a private lanai with a beautiful view of Haleakala.
Our B Building condo offers all the comforts you desire. We have air conditioning units throughout, which cool the master and downstairs bedrooms and living areas quickly and quietly. Each room has ceiling fans. Breezes flow east to west through the condo when you open the sliding doors! The kitchen is bright and roomy with all the conveniences for a gourmet chef!
It is great to be so close (a 3 minute walk!)to all 3 Kamaole beaches, as well as the Big Beach in Wailea. You can swim, snorkel or just play in the sand. These beaches have plenty of trees for shade, huge grassy areas, and a few rock outcroppings that attract fish making snorkeling very exciting. Be sure to take your camera because you will have some great photo opportunities, posing by the golden sand or volcanic rocks.
If you are looking for a longer walk, walk 5 minutes along Kihei Road, then hop onto Keawekapu Beach, and you can walk on the beaches all the way through Wailea.
So, just kick your shoes off and enjoy the Maui we know and love!

Why the Owner Chose Maui Kamaole
After moving back to the mainland (Grass Valley, California) we found ourselves returning Maui once or twice a year for vacations.
In February 2008 we decided to buy a condo in the highly rated Maui Kamaole Resort in Kihei. It is such a beautiful resort with so many ammenities(and a fantastic staff) that we could not resist. We stayed in many of the different buildings, but loved the "B" building due to its very quiet location, proximity to Kamaole Beach III and to the lower pool.
Another benefit is having the Kihei Boat Harbor within walking distant of Maui Kamaole Resort for fantastic ocean excursions.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our Condo is an upstairs unit with 2 floors and approximately 1200 sq. feet of living space. We love sitting out on our west facing lanai for spectacular evening sunsets. Upstairs also has a private lanai with a wonderful view of Haleakala and where I love to sit and read.
One of our favorite things to do after having dinner is shopping at the Kihei Kalama Village in downtown Kihei. So many artists, so little time!
And I love getting up to take a morning walk across the street along the Kamaole Beaches, then stopping to get a homemade cinnamon bun at the Cinnamon Roll Place (yes that is the name!) under the Denny's restaurant!

My husband Ken and I lived on Maui for 5 glorious years. We lived in Haiku, but spent most of our "fun" time in the Kihei/Wailea beach areas.
Ken and I have named our condo Maui LaNalu (which means Maui Sun & Surf) because we both love the beaches on Maui and love being in the warm ocean waters. Both Ken and I are avid divers and we never miss a chance to dive Maui.
It is our desire that you enjoy our condo, located in the premier Maui Kama’ole Resort, as much as we do. We have added special touches to ensure your stay is uncomplicated and stress free.

Aloha Lisa and Ken, I'm writing right when we came back home but I have to say - we still be at Maui. Thank you very much for sharing your nice condo with us. The appartments are nice, clean and there were everything for comfortable life. ( I'm sure we left it looking so good as it was when we stepped in ). The location is perfect! That's what I was looking for and my expectations were satisfied in full! We had very, very good time! Steps to the beaches, minutes to enterteinment sites - very, very good. The view from the lanai to sunsets - it's priceless! The site - it was like to live in a garden. I went to other condominimums specially to compare and the Maui Kamaole is the best. Lisa, let me know if I need to say more in order to add to the list of reviews, Again, thank you very much and we all hope to come again soon (I've already promised to my little one :-)) Sergei and all my family P.S. Aloha Lisa, We are having fun in Maui! Your condo is perfect for our family. The condo is in great, clean condition. We have everything we need. We love Maui. The BEACH near the condo is the best. We have tried other beaches, but the Kamaole III is the best for a family with kids. The swimming pool and the spa is real treat. We went on a snorkeling trip today. We were so tired we could not go to the beach in the evening. We used pool. It was great. We would really like to come back to your condo in the future. We are so happy to spend time here. Your place is the best. We would not wish for anything more. It looks so Hawaiian and sophisticated. Very comfortable for our family of four. It was our first vacation with the baby (toddler). We were little bit nervous, but everything went well. Kids slept down stairs and we got the bedroom upstairs. Mahalo for everything! Victoria.

This was our first trip to Maui & we loved it. The condo was more then we could have asked for & perfect. We put our favorites below to help other "first timers". Snorkel: Our favorite spot was Prince Beach-right by the Prince Hotel-clear, calm, lots of turtles The Road to Hana: took about 5 hours round trip, but it was amazing. 7 Pools are here, tons of waterfalls-well worth it. Lisa We had a great time and as luck would have it the weather was sunny and hot. We really enjoyed the use of your condo. We felt very comfortable right of the get go. It is one of the nicer places we have stayed at the Maui Kamaole. Your upgrades in the kitchen and main floor bathroom are well done and adds to a lot to your place. Thanks for making information available in the condo for dining and activities. We used this a few times to pick restaurants and a couple of activities. We are ready to turn around and head back to Maui. It is currently snowing about 0 F and our hockey team - the Flames have been eliminated in the 1st round of the playoffs. Hello Lisa and Ken, We enjoyed a terrific stay in your condo. This was our first time to Hawaii; week one was spent in Why?!Kiki and is not one of my favourite places one earth. Maui was a contrast in peace and relaxation compared to Waikiki.Typically our tropical vacation locations have been coastal Ecuador, Panama, Belize and motorcycling through Mexico (as this past Christmas).
