Beautiful, private, recently-built home in fashionable West Falmouth neighborhood. Corian and cherry kitchen, well-appointed rooms throughout, large, lighted screened porch, large deck, stone wall in back yard and landscaped exterior create an accommodating atmosphere. Not your typical rental - very luxurious! Ceiling fans throughout. West Falmouth village and harbor are a half-mile walk and Chappoqoit Beach is a mile away.

Guests have tennis and basketball privileges on court that borders the property (must give way if neighbor wants to use the court). This location is very accessible to Boston and Providence areas - only ten minutes drive from the Bourne Bridge and I-495. Reserve early before the home is completely booked! Beds: 1 queen, 2 doubles, twins in annex, 1 sleeper sofa.
