The owners have spared no expense in the updating of this 3 bedroom, 3 bath, end-unit townhouse in the Inverness Village section of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Beautiful hardwood flooring, new carpeting, and a designer's touch with a seaside decor in shades of blue, yellow & taupe, all combine to welcome you to your island get-a-way.

To the right of the front entry are a newly tiled full bath and bedroom #2 with 2 double beds, a TV, a walk-in closet, and a connecting door to the hall bath.

On the left is the kitchen, with a long circular counter overlooking the dining room at one end and a sunny breakfast area at the other. In between are new appliances, cabinets, and countertops. In addition, the breakfast area features a table with a charming built-in bench, a large window with skylights, and a closed alcove with a full-size washer & dryer.

Straight through the entry hall is a spacious dining/living room. The formal dining area has a table, with seating for 6, placed in front of a large bay window. You may want to sit here and enjoy the landscape and golf course view, along with the drink you have prepared at the built-in wet bar across the room. The adjoining living room features a cathedral ceiling, an overstuffed sofa and 2 denim-covered side chairs to curl-up in, a cottage-style entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD, and a full wall of windows with a slider door to the patio and its lovely golf course view.

Off of this room is the master bedroom, which has an impressive king-size bed, a TV, a large sunny window, a side slider door to the patio with golf course view, a large walk-in closet, and a private bath with a new and spacious walk-in shower.

On the 2nd floor are a full bath with a skylight and a large walk-in shower, bedroom #3 with a king-size bed, a generous closet, and a window overlooking the golf course, and a loft den. The den, which overlooks the living room, may be closed-off for privacy and features a cathedral ceiling with skylight, a sleeper sofa, a comfortable reading chair, a TV armoire, and a full closet.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

The Inverness Village area of Palmetto Dunes Resort has an on-site pool, on-site tennis courts, views of the Fazio golf course, and a short bike ride or a 10-minute walk to the beach.
