Our large, recently renovated, B&B-like house sits on a knoll overlooking Keuka Lake with an extraordinary view, especially at sunset. We have 120 feet of lake front with a large private beach with a dock, grill, table, chairs and an excellent swimming area.
We offer great offseason rates for our 4-season house. Weekends from Dec. 1 - March 15 are just $250 for two people, $350 for larger groups. Add $100 for an extra night. With many local wineries open on weekends through the winter, this is a great opportunity for a quick get-away. The cleaning fee includes linen service, so it’s like having an entire B & B to yourself!
We are near numerous wineries. In the spring you can often hear the sound of the creek flowing at the edge of our property. In the fall, the color around the lake is spectacular. In the winter, our house has central heat and a gas-burning heating stove in the den.
From our covered porch you can enjoy the ever-changing light off the lake. You can walk or bike the access road in front of our house, perhaps hiking up one of canyons into the hills above the lake, to some extraordinary waterfalls. You can walk or bike the trail that connects Keuka and Seneca Lakes, which also passes a gorgeous waterfall. Or fish -- the area near our house is known as one of the best bass fishing areas in the Finger Lakes.
The house is nearly 2,000 square feet. We recently added two bathrooms as well as a laundry room. The very well-equipped kitchen is modern with a new dishwasher as well as a UV water filter and garbage disposal.
There are three good-sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs, including a 225-square-foot master bedroom. All three bedrooms have lake views as well as air conditioners. There is a full bed in one, a queen in the second and two twin beds plus a full futon in the third. We have two roll-away beds plus many baby items such as a travel crib/bassinet.
The den downstairs can be closed off and has a brand-new convertible queen sofa. There is a new half bath on the first floor.
The front of the house is a covered porch with Adriondack chairs and a teak dining table. There is also a covered flagstone patio off the driveway.

Summer week: $2900 (summer begins 3rd weekend of June).
Labor Day-Oct 15 & June: $1500 week; $750 3-night weekend or 4-night midweek.
Oct. 15 - Nov. and April 15 -- May 31: $500/$600 2-/3-night weekend or 3/4-night
midweek; $1250 week; $850 Memorial Day weekend.
Dec.-- April 15: $350/$450 for 2/3-night weekend or 3/4 night midweek; $750 week.
Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks: $200/night, 3-night minimum
4% county tax; $75 - $140 cleaning (includes linen service!)

This house and area are wonderful! The house is incredibly clean and charming all at the same time! The kitchen in well equipped, easy to make yourself at home! So many vineyards in the area that were of interest to us but this rental would be ideal for families in the summer - it was a little chilly in October but the dock and lakefront is wonderful and would provide hours of fun for water loving teens and tweens.

My friends and I had a great experience staying at this house last June. It was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything you need. The deck was perfect for viewing the lake at sunset at dinner time. The dock/lake front area was absolutely gorgeous and again, everything was so clean. I highly recommend this rental. The owner was courteous and made renting the house easy. Can't wait to return!

What a joy! Not only was this home equipped with just about anything that we needed, it was very clean, the owner was available to answer my many questions and had a view to take your breath away! There were 6 of us that stayed there. We were very comfortable and never felt crowded. With 2 1/2 baths and sizable rooms, how could you? My husband and I look forward to staying here again...hopefully very soon.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.
