No need to cross the highway! Shower in back, steps up to the back deck where there is a picnic table that seats 10. Front deck has 2 gliders and tables. Balcony off master bedroom has great views to the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay. Within walking distance of some great eateries. Bus service is terrific here.
There is a huge park for all kinds of activities, playgrounds, bike trails and bird watching at 123rd Street. A new park has been added at the Inlet for watching great sunsets on the bay. The "photo ops" at these locations are absolutely top-notch!
This is a quiet street where there are no high rises and very little development on the bayside--so less traffic and less populated beach! Great spot for families with children and couples who want a truly restful vacation.

Year Purchased: 1972
This home has always been a place for fun! We want everyone to enjoy it as we do.
We have had many "rental friends" for over 20 years! Now we are retired and travel to other "shores" -- but still love the beach here at 78th Street best of all.
Why the Owner Chose Other Ocean City Properties
When we purchased in 1972, our sons were 10 & 6 and we wanted to make sure we had a property where we did not have to cross over a major thoroughfare to get to the beach--with all the "equipment" that every family takes for kids to enjoy in the sand! We had stayed in #4 of these units with friends in 1970----and fell in love with it! This area is not dense with hotels, highrise condos or businesses---so the beach never seemed too crowded for the kids to play ball and spread out. We are on"ocean" side and the "bay" side is not heavily populated at all.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Photo ops galore----nature at its best---sunrises and sunsets visible from the balcony. Seems like we are right in the middle of everything!
