The lower unit has gorgeous new granite kitchen countertops and a granite buffet with new appliances and cabinets, beautiful tile floors throughout, high-end HDTV television and is located in the largest building on the block with stunning unobstructed white water views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The lower unit has a large exclusive patio with beautiful stone floors. Private four car tandem garage (two tandem spaces for each unit) is extremely rare in this demanded area where street parking fills up in the summer. Must see it to believe it's beauty.
