The layout is as follows: 1st Floor: Living room, dining room and kitchen area (all ocean views!) There is a half bath as well as a King bedroom with full bath. 2nd Floor: King Master Suite w/ Master Bath. Ocean Front Porch off of room, King Guest Master Suite w/ bathroom as well as Ocean Front Porch And a pull out sofa! Children's room w/ bathroom has 1 twin trundle bed with pull out bed underneath( This room sleeps a total of two.) The elevator goes from the garage all the way to the beautiful roof top sundeck! The 3rd floor sundeck has amazing 360* views of Folly Beach, Morris Island Light House as well as the New Cooper River Bridge!

SIMPLY BREATHTAKING!!! LET THIS BE YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME! Take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean from the front porch after enjoying a fun day at the beach! Ocean Views from the living/dining and kitchen area as well as both King Master Suites. All rooms tastefully decorated and include TV in every room.   • A wonderful experience! Imagine being in the surf and directly on the beach. This is the expereince you receive by staying in this fabulous beach house. The layout of the house is fantastic with most of the rooms having a direct ocean view. All of the decor is first class and the hard wood floors are really nice and make the house seem very clean. The appliances are all upgrades. The view from the top deck is hard to describe. We spent a great deal of time looking at the incredible views every day. Being close to Charleston is nice and we fully expected to spend a lot of time in the city. The beach house was so awesome, however, that we rarely left the house. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and first class vacation.
