Ours is a new 250 square meters second floor condo, with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and lots of space to share with friends and family, including a spacious living room, a full kitchen you'll enjoy cooking in, a large 10 seats dining table, and a wonderful balcony with comfy chairs for 10 and a couple of long chairs to sunbathe directly at the condo. Share the ocean view and amazing sunsets with your loved ones.

We are a pretty normal costarican family, completely in love with Guanacaste and the North Pacific of our countrly. Conchal is our second home, since we work in San Jose. We´d love to share our place with you!
