Why the Owner Chose Rincon
It was the most expensive condo in the bldg, but it is the best. It has one of/or the best sea and sunset view in the whole area. The beach is great, the people are very friendly, and everything you may need is close, mostly walking distance.
The Unique Benefits at this condo
Seconds to the beach in a very safe area. Our recreation areas are great, private terrace with jacuzzi, BBQ, lounge chairs, picnic table, ice cooler, even a private beach shower! Complete kitchen and laundry including regular and microwave ovens, big fridge with ice maker with filtered water. Another BBQ in the gazebo and pool area with satelite big Screen and Music, beach gate, elevator, two off street private parking, water reserve and electric generator.. Also the Sky View has a kitchenette/private bar with another fridge, massage chair, two LCD TVs, Ipod player, internet.. It is also very comfortable for readers (some novels included).

Hi! This is my daughter and me exploring Rincon beaches. A great day and memory. She also took surfing and sailing lessons during our stay.
When I can, I stay in my own condos, I will not offer something that will not be excellent for my family. Hope you can also enjoy this paradise.
