UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: *****(5 Stars) As you can see from the photos, this is a very special condo. If you want a hassle-free luxury ski vacation, then look no further. This true ski-in/ski-out condo will redefine your perception of convenience. Opening the door of the condo, you will be struck by the wall to wall windows and tasteful furnishings and appliances. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal away from home. The master suite has a private entrance to the balcony, a wall of windows with beautiful mountain views, king sized bed, TV with cable, and a private bathroom with jetted tub and oversized shower. The second bedroom will comfortably sleep 4 people with a bunk bed and trundle bed. This room also has its own private bathroom and TV with cable. The dining room table will seat 6 people, and there are two additional seats at the island in the kitchen. Your group will enjoy the cozy living room with the gas fireplace, TV & DVD player. The owner has also purchased a small selection of games for your enjoyment. On the balcony, you can sit and listen to the Snake River and enjoy the views. High-speed internet access is included, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. This condo in pristine condition. We are looking for responsible travelers to share in the benefits of this great home.
VIEWS **** (4 Stars) This north-facing condo has a great view of the Snake River a few hundred feet down the mountain. Standing on the deck you will see River Run Village through the trees and the Gore Range further in the distance. The scene really is breathtaking no matter what time of year. In the Spring, Summer and Fall, our rates are very affordable, and there's lots to do in Keystone all year round
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (5 Stars) When you are ready to ski, simply go downstairs, put your boots and skis on, and go. In two minutes you will be at the high-speed ski lift. When you get tired of skiing at the end of the day, ski back to the Timbers--ski right up to the door! Take a break. Then gather everyone together and walk five minutes to dinner and shopping in River Run Village. This is how a ski vacation should be! And it will be if you stay in this condo.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES BUILDING *****(5 Stars) Timbers is a 5 star Platinum-rated building. It is one of only two buildings in Keystone that is truly ski-in/ski-out. It was built in 2000 and features 28 condos in the entire building.
The small size of the building allows guests to quietly enjoy the many amenities that the Timbers has to offer. Enjoy no hassle parking in the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. If you are traveling with friends and family, you can gather in the lobby sitting areas and enjoy the fireplace.
There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Timbers guests. After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room, sauna, and fitness facilities located on the 1st floor. Oversized ski lockers are also located on the 1st floor to store all of your equipment. Your family and friends will also enjoy the spacious lobby with sitting areas, chess tables, and piano with a large, gas fireplace. There is also complimentary hot chocolate and newspapers for Timbers guests.
KEYSTONE EVENTS:
Keystone is the premier destination for various events, festivals and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include things such as Mardi Gras, Wine Festival, Beer and Blues Festival, Full Production Concerts, Discovery Days for kids, Art Shows and much more. Additionally, you can enjoy Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours, Snow Mobiling, Horse back riding and much more. SUMMER activies include championship golfing (2 courses in Keystone), Mountain biking, Wild Life Tours, the best hiking in North America, White-Water Rafting and Fly Fishing, just too name a few.
FEES & TAXES
We are required by law to charge tax on your stay.
Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% to 20% lower than most others. We keep the rate as low as possible, but it is a real and legitimate fee that everyone has to pay. You either pay for it in the rate, or you pay for it separately.
WE DO NOT CHARGE THE 5.9% RESORT FEE! This is a fictitious fee that many people/companies charge to add to their profit. If you rent from Keystone Resort or many of the other companies in the area, you will be charged this fee.
Just to be clear, taxes and cleaning fees are not included in the posted rates.

The Timbers is one of the premier buildings in River Run. It only has 28 units, so you can quietly enjoy the many amenities of the building has to offer. The heated pool has an indoor and outdoor section, and there is also a large hot tub, steam room, sauna, and fitness room located on the first floor of the building. The spacious lobby has chess tables, piano, and sitting area with complimentary hot chocolate and newspapers exclusively for Timbers guests. You will drive up to the building on the heated driveway and park under the building in the heated parking garage.

We offer flexible check-in and out times, no check-in- drive directly to the condo with keycards, parking pass, and detailed directions that are mailed to you before you leave home, and a generous supply of towels for your stay. We also provide an initial supply of consumables, such as trial sized soap, lotion & shampoo, as well as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and dishwashing liquid.
