Welcome to our beautiful Florida home in the exclusive gated community of Cumbrian Lakes. Our fabulous Villa is furnished to a high standard and has all that is required for a truly relaxing and memorable vacation including leather reclining sofas.
South facing Pool and Spa, Games Room and Cable TV with DVD/CD/Stereo system. There is a Wireless Internet connection for Laptops and all telephone calls within the USA and to Canada are free.
The Living area of the Villa is in a modern open plan style incorporating the Lounge area, Kitchen and Dining area. Patio doors lead from the Lounge area to the extended South facing Pool Deck which overlooks the wooded Conservation area and views to one of the lakes.
The Patio door has a switchable alarm for child safety. All bedrooms are comfortably and tastefully furnished and the Master has a King size bed, walk-in closets, fabulous en-suite and Cable TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, Cable TV and adjacent bathroom and the two twin bedrooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom between them. The villa has a cot and high chair for our younger guests at no extra cost (guests to supply own linen and blankets for cot).
Whilst the well equipped Pool Deck is South facing and ideal for soaking up the Florida sunshine, there is a shaded Lanai with overhead fan for eating al fresco, reading or just dozing and at night the underwater lighting in the Pool and Spa creates a great back-drop for evening relaxation.
Cumbrian Lakes is set well back from Poinciana Boulevard in a peaceful and pleasant conservation area with Lakes, walking trails and a children's play area. The private approach road is lined with Palm trees which are illuminated at night.
The Villa is in a perfect location for all of the major attractions that Orlando has to offer. It is less than 15 minutes from the Disney Theme Parks, 20 minutes from Sea World, 25 minutes from Universal Studios and just 5 minutes from Highway 192 with its' wide range of shops, restaurants and other attractions. A Wal-Mart Superstore is less than a 5 minute drive away.
