Our home has 2 levels of approx 2000 square feet of living space. The kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, counter seating. You will also find a 32" LCD TV, cable, DVD & small video library. There is also WiFi and a desk (if work must be done!) The dining room seats 4-6 and opens onto a beautiful, private terrace - it's perfect for morning coffee or your favorite afternoon beverage. The lower floor hosts the 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful to be so close & convenient to the best of Charleston, while also having all the comforts of home. My husband and I traveled with our 9-month-old daughter and met my brother, his wife, and 4 year old niece for the weekend. The house was a perfect fit for all of us - plenty of space and all the amenities we needed (including stuff for the kids!). With the trolley stop and Piggly Wiggly so nearby, our weekend visit was seamless for getting out and about & having all the supplies we needed. Will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Charleston!

We have done many boat trips to Charleston staying in hotels. We had 2 couples this time and decided to stay in this condo. The place was great and lead to a wonderful weekend. The condo was clean, well equipped, and within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. We look forward to visiting again.

Sparkling clean, modern, and immaculately decorated. Loved the location as we were able to walk everywhere through Charleston's fabulous neighborhoods and down historic King St. Have stayed here on several occasions and love the roof-top views, panoramic windows, and sitting on the deck. It's very convenient to be able to leave our car for no fee and walk or take the trolley or a bike to explore. The owner is a Charlestonian and has great advice on what to do and what not to miss!

My family rented this home in October 2008 and it was extremely comfortable for three couples. It also had all the amenities for my 2 year old - pack n play, highchair, toys, games, videos, etc. The owner even arranged to have a stroller for us. The location was great and all the suggestions for restaurants were fabulous!

We stayed here with our two adult children and found it very comfortable and convenient, and beautifully decorated. It was walking distance from most of the places we wanted to visit and near more good restaurants than we could try. It was perfect for us. While it is equipped for small children, I would have been nervous about a toddler, as there were many steps.

We came to Charleston for the first time in October, 2008. From the initial contact, Tricia was so helpful and accommodating with regard to our requests for early check-in and late check-out. The property was immaculate and had all the amenities we could have hoped for (including a fabulous deck and luxurious tub in the master bath). It fit three couples comfortably and was a great base from which to explore Charleston. If I'm lucky enough to return to Charleston, this would be my first pick for accommodation.

This a wonderful, comfortable, convenient house for lots of exploring in downtown Charleston. We used it as a stop over in a drive to Florida and ended up staying longer in Charleston because the house was so nice. We will plan vacations around this spot in the future.
