It is a large, sunny, newly constructed modern Charleston single family home situated in the trendy Design District (1 block west of Upper King Street). Leave your car & walk to restaurants & one-of-a-kind shops, the Visitor's Center, the College of Charleston & MUSC. Or for a unique experience, hop a trolley or take a Charleston rick-shaw down to the Battery or Waterfront Park! Our home has 2 levels of approx 2000 square feet of living space. The kitchen boasts beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, counter seating. You will also find a 32" LCD TV, cable, DVD & small video library. There is also WiFi and a desk (if work must be done!) The dining room seats 4-6 and opens onto a beautiful, private terrace - it's perfect for morning coffee or your favorite afternoon beverage. The lower floor hosts the 2 1/2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. *SMOKE FREE*

$250-$275/night on weekends .. $1500-1650/week

2 night minimum (3 night min for special events & holidays)
$100 cleaning fee on stays less than 1 week
Some pets may be acceptable, with a partially non-refundable pet deposit.
12.5% taxes will be applied for shorter stays.
Rates decrease as your length of stay increases.
