Enjoy the convenience of preparing your own meals in your vacation home's gourmet kitchen or enjoy your built-in outdoor barbecue on your private lanai. Let our team stock your fridge prior to arrival for your convenience. For special occasions, let our concierge arrange for a private gourmet chef to prepare your meals for you. Room service delivery is available breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week from Longhi’s Restaurant located at The Shops at Wailea.
Additionally, you need an experienced local management team that can provide on-island support. The Wailea–based management team for our penthouse has been servicing Wailea visitors for over 30 years. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), on-site Housekeeping, Maintenance and Concierge Services.
As a central point of contact, their Front Desk is available seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, our on-site Maintenance team can be dispatched. There’s even 24-hour Security on duty.

Our stay was amazing, true paradise! Once again we would like to acknowledge Tracy, housekeeping and your pool staff. Actually, can't think of one person that we were disappointed in.... you have a wonderful, complete staff. Always polite, helpful and always smiling! (Not that I blame them.) Thank you for giving us so many wonderful memories!!!!! Keep up the good work! Perfect! Tracy was such a huge to help to all of us. Had wonderful suggestions, made reservations, always friendly and caring! The pool and housekeeping staff were also extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. All helping make it a wonderful experience! You should be very proud of everyone!!!!!!! Website was extremely helpful with picking out a penthouse.... which we loved!
