Just returned from a wonderfully relaxing week at this beautiful resort! The condo was amazing; there are really not enough words to describe it! The view from the condo's private balcony was breathtaking and the condo itself lacked for nothing! The pictures here do not do it justice! Perfect location next to the elevator that exited on the first floor right by the pool. The resort was truly top-notch and not crowded the way other resorts in Mexico usually are. The gym and the spa were very high end. Every staff member was wonderful and catered to all our needs. Jet skiing, parasailing, banana boating, and other activities right on the beach. The concierge was very helpful with excursions or local tips on activities. Gabe was great to work with and rent from; he answered all my questions via phone and email. I highly recommend his gorgeous condo! Also, if you are concerned about going to Mexico (like so many of my friends and family), there is no need to be. Everything in PV is safe, tourist-oriented, easily and cheaply accessible by cab, and friendly. Felt safer there than I do some places here in the states! Best vacation in a long time!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The owner was easy to work with and the condo was perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet stay and not be bothered with party types. This is an elegant resort. The Estancia staff were fantastic and helpful. We did have some good meals on resort but it can get expensive. The spa staff were wonderful too. The only issue was that the elevator closest to the unit was shut down every other day for repairs. We had an older family member with us, so it was a bit tough for her to get around easily. My wife and I recently returned from Nuevo Vallarta. I had a business trip in Puerta Vallarta and decided to extend it and move around the bay. We chose Villa La Estancia. I am not a huge fan of Mexico as we have had some lousy experiences. However I would return to La Estancia in a heart beat. We rented Gabe's PH apt and it could not have been better. Beautifully furnished, impeccably kept and a sunset view to die for. Gabe was easy to deal with, actually the easiest of all VRBO's we have ever used. The entire staff went out of their way to make you feel at home. It was a real pleasure.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We just returned from our second visit to this amazing condo. Words and pictures don't do it justice. One of the best vacations our family has ever had. Gabe is a dream to work with.
