The owner was easy to work with and the condo was perfect. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet stay and not be bothered with party types. This is an elegant resort. The Estancia staff were fantastic and helpful. We did have some good meals on resort but it can get expensive. The spa staff were wonderful too. The only issue was that the elevator closest to the unit was shut down every other day for repairs. We had an older family member with us, so it was a bit tough for her to get around easily. Not an owners issue but the hotel itself. All in all a wonderful stay at exceptional resort.

My wife and I recently returned from Nuevo Vallarta. I had a business trip in Puerta Vallarta and decided to extend it and move around the bay. We chose Villa La Estancia. I am not a huge fan of Mexico as we have had some lousy experiences. However I would return to La Estancia in a heart beat. We rented Gabe's PH apt and it could not have been better. Beautifully furnished, impeccably kept and a sunset view to die for. Gabe was easy to deal with, actually the easiest of all VRBO's we have ever used. The entire staff went out of their way to make you feel at home. It was a real pleasure.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We just returned from our second visit to this amazing condo. Words and pictures don't do it justice. One of the best vacations our family has ever had. Gabe is a dream to work with. The staff is delightful. Do yourself a favor and go!

Just returned from a 7 day stay at this beautiful condo. Thanks Gabe so much. Everything was amazing. The room was a beautiful penthouse with an amazing view just as promised. Don't hesitate to book. Can't wait to return!
