The entry invites you through a tropical garden of swaying palms and rare flowering tropical plants. Open the French doors out to the back patio, and, step directly onto the soft white sands and warm waters of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Have all-day fun in the surf and sun. Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, this home is secluded and oh so private! Yet, you will enjoy the convenience of being just moments away from all the area’s family oriented activities, sightseeing trips, world famous fishing, diving expeditions and water sports.
Rate ranges from $2750 in the summer (May - September) to $4000 per week in the winter.

Turtle Nesting - May to September each year on Ft Lauderdale Beach. Ft Lauderdale's ONLY beachfront home and sea turtle nesting site. Sit on the beach at night and look out for these magnificent visitors. Step out your backyard and witness the wonder of nature. Help us promote awareness of the need for conservation of these endangered species. Last year we had 4 nests directly behind our home, including one right in front of our back gate. (See Pics Below)
Do your part to help!!! From every rental we will donate part of the proceeds to help fund conservation efforts!!
Come to our house and witness the wonder of Eco-Tourism. From May to September each year we are privileged to have the Loggerhead Turtle, Green Sea Turtles and the very much endangered Leather Back turtles come to Ft Lauderdale Beach to nest. These turtles are endangered and are severely threatened from overpopulation and depletion of nesting grounds. The City of Fort Lauderdale is working hard to promote awareness of the need for conservation efforts to protect these beautiful turtles. We would love guest to experience the thrill of seeing these turtles in person.
For Larger Groups stay at our Villa Electra located five blocks away and can sleep 12 - 14 persons!!!

We are definitely interested in renting the house for next year - the week of Thanksgiving which I believe is Nov 19 to the 26th. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was relaxing - as always by the beach!
