This new beach house with four bedrooms and 3 full baths was built in July of 2004 features excellent views of the ocean, and located 1 ½ blocks from Olympic pool and recreation center, and 1 ½ miles north of Surfside Beach Pier. Full interior was repainted in fall of 2010.
Three car carport, gas grill, picnic table, outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
On the first floor: living room, with television and DVD/VCR player - a large Broyhill dining table for 6 - Breakfast bar for five, wireless internet - Osmosis water filtering system at sink and icemaker and water dispenser in refrigerator - Stack washer and dryer - Ceramic cook top stove - dishwasher, and microwave.
Also on first floor - one bedroom with queen bed - full bath, walk-in closet and sliding glass door out to the first floor balcony with ocean view.
Up-stairs is an eighteen foot long master bedroom with oak four-poster bed - Casablanca fan - TV with VCR/DVD player - Bay window and sliding glass door to second floor wrap-around balcony and direct view of the ocean - Master bath with double vanity - Jacuzzi tub - separate corner shower and water closet. Two additional bedrooms on second floor, one with queen bed, and the other with twin beds; both have televisions with DVD/VCR player. There is a shared full bath in the second floor hallway.

We vacationed at this property in mid August 2011. We were extremely pleased with the house. Everything was clean and very well kept. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes/pots and pans, etc. Ocean was VERY short walk away. Rented golf carts for the kids. We never saw them after that! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return in the future.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
