Look no further-our platinum rated gulf front condo awaits you!!! Recently Re-decorated first floor three bedroom two bath unit is located in one of the most desirable condominium complexes on Okaloosa Island-Waters Edge. Soothing warm tones throughout and the sound of ocean waves will relax you the moment you enter our little slice of paradise.

Located directly on the pristine sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico the area offers a small town quiet atmosphere yet the convenience of all major attractions just a short distance away. You won't want to miss the "Boardwalk" where you can shop and dine at the beachfront, see the Gulfarium's live daily dolphin shows or fish off the Okaloosa Island Pier, all only 2 miles away!!!

Bring your boat and don't worry about where to keep it. Only 1.5 miles from us you will find Brooks Bridge Bait and Tackle. They will store your boat on the trailer and let you use their boat ramp for a nominal daily fee. Call them for details.

Our condo is truly a "dream come true". Pull up to unload your luggage! No long stairs or waiting for the elevators to get to the two gorgeous pools (one heated seasonally) or the beach. Simply walk out the sliding glass doors and you are at the pools or go 75 more feet and find your toes on the powder white sand.

All this and still enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and sunset of the Gulf from the master bedroom, living room, dinning room and kitchen. Great place for families with small children. Parents can sit by the pool with a baby monitor and older children while baby naps inside.

Two master suites with top of the line king size beds. Master bedroom has private hall with large walk in closet leading to master bathroom. Separate large tub and walk in shower. Enjoy a 32" LCD TV with DVD player inside designer armoire. Sliding glass doors lead out to poolside patio.

Guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a 32" LCD TV with DVD/VCR player. Access to second full bathroom is off main hallway.

Third bedroom is bunkroom with very comfortable bunk beds. Kids will enjoy having their own TV with built in DVD player. Perfect for naptime after a long hard day at the beach!

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and all the conveniences of home. Perfect for making a seafood feast or a quick snack. After meals head into the large open family room and watch some TV or a movie on the 32" LCD TV or just listen to some beach music on the stereo. We have tried to think of everything to make our home your home away from home.

All bookings include complimentary beach service w/2 lounge chairs and one umbrella (Seasonal) March through October.
