This vacation villa rental is situated 40 feet above sea level offering you breathtaking Caribbean views from every room as well as from all the decks, terraces and gazebos. Your backyard slopes gently to the water where at the corner of the property you will find a small white sandy beach lapped gently by the brilliant turquoise waters. Here you can wade out to great snorkeling and see fish and coral with more color than you imagine. The Turks and Caicos Islands have one of the world's largest coral reefs.
The private pool at this luxurious vacation villa rental has a 360-degree infinity edge, next to which you will find a dining gazebo to one side, and a sitting gazebo to the other side. The upstairs bedrooms have second-floor gazebos designed for relaxation and socializing and enjoying the amazing views while on holiday.
Villa Palmera's kitchen has state of the art, professional-grade appliances including a 36 inch built-in refrigerator, refrigerator drawers, ice machine, built-in oven, trivection microwave oven, and a 36 inch cook top with professional hood. The kitchen provides all the equipment you may need during your vacation.
This magnificent Caribbean house has six master bedrooms (four up, and two down), each with a king bed, en suite bathroom, cable television, and some of the most commanding views Providenciales (Provo) has to offer. The downstairs bedrooms have both indoor and outdoor showers.
In addition to the features of the main house, Villa Palmera also offers an optional nanny suite if your party exceeds 12 people, available for $1500 per week. The nanny suite has a king bed, kitchenette, and sitting area. There is an outside entrance that is not connected to the interior of the house. The Gym has exercise equipment for both cardio and weight training and it too has its own separate outside entrance.
