Very, clean, updated and comfortable home located in the bedroom community of Long Beach. Approximately one and one half miles to white sand beaches, near restaurants, grocery stores, fitness centers, walking and biking paths.

Very bright and cheerful with fenced yard and shade trees. Casinos, buffets, golfing, water sports easily accessible.
