One of a kind - very private - luxurious resort style vacation home. This 3,100 + square foot home has been professionally decorated and designed. The home is located in the Troon area just north of Pinnacle Peak Park. You'll enjoy gorgeous mountain views and fabulous sunsets here.
You will enjoy relaxing in the pool and lounging at one of the outdoor patios. There is a plasma tv outside along with a stereo system for your outdoor entertainment.
This home has two large master suites - each has it's own private full bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with a bathroom just outside it's door and the 4th bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a crib for families with children. (4 bedrooms total). The kitchen has a large granite center Island and comes equipped with all cookware and utensils. The dining room boasts a large dining table that can seat up to 12 people. The Family Room is equipped with a complete stereo system,HD TV, DVD, VCR, and several video games. There is also a gas fireplace adjacent to the entertainment center.
A fabulous feature about this home is that it is set back from the road allowing for extra privacy. This location is perfect for those who like to go golfing, hiking, horse back riding, biking,shopping, or spending time at a nearby spa (Four Seasons/Boulders). DC Ranch and Pinnacle Peak are nearby where you will find many fantastic restaurants and shops. Some of the golf courses nearby are... Troon North,Golf Club of Scottsdale,Whisper Rock,Legend Trail Estancia,Desert Highlands, and Desert Mountain.
This resort home is fully furnished and has a full sized washer and dryer, a three car garage, Wireless internet throughout, four flat screen TV's (one is outside on the patio), nine foot deep pebble-tech pool,fireplace,indoor and outdoor stereo and much more. All linens and towels are provided. The kitchen has all cookware, pots and pans, dishes, and so on. There is also a gas BBQ grill on one of the back patios.

We love Scottsdale. The weather is always beautiful! There are so many outdoor activities here for all ages. There are great hiking trails nearby. The restaurants are fabulous and there are many wonderful spas in the area!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We have a long driveway so our home is set back from the road which is really great because you have a lot of privacy. The views are great =)We have an outdoor stereo and flat screen tv too to keep you entertained by the pool.

We live in the Midwest most of the year and this is our vacation home for winter "getaways". We rent it out when we are not around and all of our guests have really loved it so far!

Just what we wanted in a holiday location - secluded - so no noisy neighbours or traffic, and great backdrop to front and rear. Within half an hours drive you are in Scottsdale for great mall shopping. Try Pinnacle Petes at Pinnacle Peak just 5 mins drive away to eat or Bad Donkey pizzas in Cave Creek - best pizzas we have had anywhere and we've had lots! Turn left on the main road and take the half hours spectacular drive to Fountian Hills - be sure to be there on the hour to see the massive fountain (but not on a windy day as it doesn't start if wind is too high). This house is very well equipped and the pool is great. Watching TV whilst in the pool is a real treat. The owner is easily available for all the questions we had and we managed to stay in touch and get the answers via our own computer we brought with us via the internet access in the house. Well its back to England now for the rest of our summer with temps around half what they are here in August! Thanks again and hope to be back soon.

What a get-away! My friends and I spent 10 days in this home and it took about 1/2 a day to feel right at home. As the "chef" of the group, I found everything I needed to make osso bucco one night and a nice little pasta another night. Very helpful that the kitchen had little extras like spices & herbs in the pantry. The bedrooms are more than comfortable. We rent pretty much everywhere we go on vacation, so we were pleasantly surprised with the high quality towels and sheets. No scratcy stuff at all. There was plenty of room for everyone to "go to their corners" for quiet moments, but the communal spaces were fantastic for evenings of games, cards and talking. Many nights we spend out on the patio watching the sun set over the cacti and hills. A few days were spent lolling in the pool; the only thing missing was the pool boy to bring us the umbrella drinks! We were constantly on the go during the day taking advantage of all the great nearby golf and hiking (I love Pinnacle Peak). There are plenty of restaurants and local attractions to divert your attention very near by, too (cowboy bar with actual rodeo but don't remember the name). The owners were quite affable and were quite patient with my long litany of questions. We will be booking next spring again!

This place is fantastic. My family stayed 2 1/2 weeks and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Highlights: Kelli is awesome - she quickly answered our many questions and was very flexible when we asked to extend our stay. Inside: lots of open space, comfy beds, big, well-equipped kitchen, great audio/video system. Lots of huge windows make for nice views. Outside: The property backs up to a nature preserve so is peaceful and has great air quality. We barely saw or heard the neighbors but we did see wildlife from the outdoor table while eating: quail, woodpeckers, eagles, wild pigs, a wildcat, coyotes and lots of smaller animals. Wonderful pool - you can float on air mattresses and watch movies on the outdoor TV. We enjoyed riding the cruiser bikes. Time permitting, we'll be back. I strongly recommend this house.
