Mariner's Cove is a beach condominium complex located on highly desirable Shore Drive. It consists of four separate building complexes. It contains a private outdoor pool exclusive to guests and an owner's clubhouse. The parking lots are for Mariner's Cove guests and owners only, identified by coded parking permits.
Surrounded by beautiful and well manicured landscaping, including large tropical palm trees and colorful flowers, Mariner's Cove is located near the end of Shore Drive. The beach is directly across the street, less than a 60-second walk away.
Our unit is conveniently located on the first floor. Since all of the beach condos in this area are built on stilts, there are about 6 steps up to the first floor. Our Mariners Cove unit has recently been totally renovated, including a state of the art kitchen, and new furniture throughout.
Directly across the street from Mariner's Cove via the beach access is Ocean Annie's, a very popular bar on the beach. During most of the year, live bands play here daily.
There is considerably less traffic in this area since the road ends about a 1/4 mile down due to the presence of the tidal inlet. This help make our Mariners Cove condo one of the more peaceful places to stay.

We have family members living in Mariners Cove that we love to visit a few times a year.
We bought this unit in 1997 and have kept it in beautiful shape ever since.

We have stayed in Brian and Debbie's condo almost every summer for the past 9 years. It is a great location and the unit is beautiful. We are already booked for 2011. Cant wait.

This was a great rental. We spent the month of March, and it was just like home. The washer and dryer made it easy to do laundry at home and not waste time. It was convenient to the beach, shopping,restaurants, and area attractions. The unit was updated, cheerful and clean. Everything was just as the owner advertised. We have already recommended this unit to several friends, and we hope to stay here again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
