Kids can fish off the deck as you check emails on your laptop from our beautifully remodeled Villa here in Sandestin. This is the most private unit in Beachwalk, directly on the lake, right on the edge of the west Sandestin property line. It doesn't get any better if you don't want to take chances on noisy neighbors.
You can read all about Beachwalk Villas and Sandestin at the Sandestin website. We are on the beach side of Sandestin, a short bike ride away from the best beaches on the Gulf. You won't run out of things to do, it's a great place for a vacation no matter what your interests are. Our family has been coming here for years and we wouldn't consider going any where else.
Our Villa has recently been updated with top of the line Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counter Tops, everything you would expect in a modern home. The original tile floors still in place downstairs are really what sold me on the place, very Old World Mediterranean. It's very comfortable and can handle 2 families pretty easily. (1700 sq. ft.) Two of the bedrooms have king beds, the third has two twins. There is a pullout couch in the loft and also a couple kids beds in the Master closet if you need them. You will dig the great big jetted tub in the Master Bath for helping get Mama relaxed and a balcony off the Master bedroom for added privacy. Every bedroom and even the loft has a TV and either a DVD or VCR so everyone can have their own space to chill if they want. Most importantly, the normal vacation bathroom situation is solved, 3 full baths!! We have a wet bar, plenty of kitchen stuff, coffee pot, ice maker, pretty much everything you need to make it through the week. Stock up at Publix, rent a bike, park the car, you're done!!
You will have the capability to stay in touch via wireless, watch movies with surround sound, and have a nice cookout on the huge deck. It's a really big deck! I have caught a few nice bass on plastic worms while grilling out and the kids go crazy feeding the ducks. It's a great place to do nothing after being in the sun all day. The cell phone signal is really good as well so don't worry about that.
I can hook you up with a Sandestin amenity card for an extra $20 / day if you would like. Some see value, most don't. If you are going to spend a few hours dancing at Baytown and you get over-served, having the option for a tram ride home might make for a less stressful evening. Beachwalk has its own private, clean, pool that you are invited to use if you don't want to pay for a card to just go to the Finz pool. My son says you can sneek in Finz anyway if you tell the kid at the towel stand a sad story, so you might try that first.
