Private BEACH on LONG LAKE (all sports). Views of the much desired North side of Long Lake on your own Private Beach. Sandy bottom beach access is right out your door. Public Boat launch is .25 miles down the road.
Several islands located on Long Lake are open to the public. House has 3 finished levels and is ideal for multiple family rental. All new beds and linens, freshly painted and remodeled (2008).
Enjoy breathtaking views from this newly updated home within six miles of downtown Traverse City and all that it has to offer. 15 minutes from Traverse City airport. The Long Lake township park is within walking distance and offers basketball, tennis, track, and a ball field.
A small grocery store is directly across the street that offers video rentals, gasoline, spirits, hot food, and more. Enjoy shows at Interlochen Arts Academy, climb sand dunes, gamble at casinos, shop local malls or golf at some great golf courses.
Try Boones Long Lake Inn for a fabulous steak dinner. It seems to be a local favorite with MOOMERS homemade ice cream for dessert both a stones throw away.
This house is has 3 floors with 2 kitchens. It is ideal for multiple family rental. We completely remodled in 2008. Bed Configuration: 2 Queen Beds, 3 full beds, 7 twins, 4 fulls in sofa sleepers. All brand new in 2008!
