This unit is on the 9th floor of a new development, that opened September 2007. Connected to the parking garage, you have very convenient access to you vehicle.This condo has a designated parking spot on the 9th floor. You will park on the 9th floor of the connected parking garage and follow the walkway to your condo. This makes loading and unloading a dream. This condo is the perfect place to forget your cares and unwind, but if you do need to stay in touch with reality, wireless internet is available in the lobby and pool side.
This luxury condo has it all. The Living Area has a sleeper sofa and Sharp 42-inch 1080p LCD TV with DVD player. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and Magnavox 32-inch 1080i LCD TV with DVD player. The Bunk Area has a futon. The Master Bath and Second bath both house a combination tub/shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with Dinnerware for 8. The Dining Area has a Table with Seating for 4. There are 4 barstools in the Bar Area of the Kitchen. The washer dryer are not the usual space saver ones. Both are front load and the washer holds 3.1 cu ft and the dryer is 5.7 cubic feet.
There is so much to do in Panama City Beach. Between Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Ebro Greyhound Racing, and Zoo World. This codo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the huge pool which was kept exceptionally clean. Having the beach basically right outside our door was such a treat, and the view from out veranda was beautiful. Could not have had a better experience. Thanks!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
