This unit is on the 9th floor of a brand new development, that opened September 2007. Connected to the parking garage, you have very convenient access to you vehicle.This condo has a designated parking spot on the 9th floor. You will park on the 9th floor of the connected parking garage and follow the walkway to your condo. This makes loading and unloading a dream. This condo is the perfect place to forget your cares and unwind, but if you do need to stay in touch with reality, wireless internet is available in the lobby and pool side.
