Big beautiful 5 BR home with marble floors, granite countertops, flatscreen televisions, 2 gas fireplaces, 2 kitchen areas, hot tub and new patio furniture. This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms (3 of which you will wake up in the morning looking out to the lake), 3.5 baths, marble floors and granite counter tops. Home sits on 111 feet of gentle lakefront in a nice cove. Home will sleep up to 12 in beds and more with sofas and air mattresses. Home has 4 bedrooms with sleeping for 2 and 1 bedroom (kids room) with 2 sets of twin bunks. This "kids room" has a small t.v. with a game system for kids entertainment.
The downstairs family room has a drop down screen and the room becomes a theatre for movie watching. In this downstairs area there is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove with oven, blender and sink. The lower level family room has large sectional couch and 2 Lazy Boy recliners. House has 2 washers and 2 dryers. We also offer a small deep freeze in the garage for your extra ice needs (no more trips back and forth to the store for extra ice). Home also has large dock with 2 boat slips, 2 PWC slips and large swim platform. House is conveniently located to shopping and many popular lake restaurants.
New in 2009 is a large outdoor patio with kitchen and fireplace. The patio is right on the lake and has a custom table with seating for 10. The kitchen island features a weber grill with side burner, sink and fridge. There is new patio furniture that will seat at least 7 in addition to the table chairs. The best part of the patio is the MASSIVE fireplace that is great for social hours at night and marshmellow cooking.
House also features another large Weber grill with 2 griddles, rotissary and smoker on the upper deck. There is patio furniture upstairs with grill with seating for 6.
The new outdoor patio also features a small waterfall that runs behind the fireplace and a hottub with great lakeviews.
Enjoy the NEW pool in 2010. The pool will feature an infinity edge with built in bench seating and sundeck. As the pool progresses pictures will be posted.
There is availability to shared home owner's association pool and other amenitites - call for details.

The Unique Benefits at this House
We just finished our lakeside patio in 2009 and have enjoyed sitting out in the evening grilling out and enjoying a drink with family and friends. The kids enjoy the marshmellow roasting and my husband and I love the ambience of the lake and a nice warmm fire.
We are looking foward to using the new pool in 2010.

Great Wekend At The Lake

We spent the long weekend in June at this beautiful home.We enjoyed the great views,the new pool and it was close to everything by boat and water.It was a awesome and quiet cove for swimmimg and for riding seadoos. We had great dinners on the lakeside patio and enjoyed the outside fireplace.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
