Our brand new (built in 2007) 5 bedroom townhome in Laurelwoods II @ Big Boulder (in Lake Harmony PA) has enough space for your entire family to take a vacation without feeling like you are invading each others space. Our home is broken up into three floors. Walk in on the main level, where a master bedroom w/ oversized soaking tub awaits you. Kitchen, living room, dining room & deck are also on this level. Go upstairs to find 2 more bedrooms and bath - one bedroom with a Queen bed, the other with 2 twins. Perfect for one set of parents and kids to have a level all to themselves. Go downstairs to the walk out basement and hang out by the pool table, watch TV on our 50" plasma, or go out back and play tennis (our home backs right up to the courts). Downstairs also features 2 additional bedrooms and bath, perfect for another group of your family to have their own private level as well.

Master & upstairs bedrooms all have a 20" LCD TV mounted on the wall, the living room and basement both have big screen plasmas w/ DVD & gaming systems. The kitchen is stocked for you to cook family dinners in. A pool table & game table are in the basement for your enjoyment. This home is lacking nothing and you will NOT be disappointed you have chosen us for your next vacation! (please bring your own linens, towels & personal hygiene items. local linen services are available). **NO CLEANING FEE**

  • My family and I spent a weekend at this beautiful townhome in January. The house and Kim were so nice and accomodating to all of us! It was so convenient to the slopes(Big Boulder), we could come back to the house for lunch everyday. I will definitely be renting this home again in the near future...hopefully this comig summer.   • We stayed in this Pocono rental over the Christmas - New Years 2008-09 week. It was a couple minute drive to the Big Boulder ski resort, which was convenient. The house was spacious and decorated very well, clean and modern with no nick-naks, which some rentals get junked up, not knowing it is a turn-off for renters. This owner was smart with the decor! The bedspreads and comforters were beautiful decor choices with plenty of extra pillows. The downstairs area was great for teens. The only thing it lacks is a hot tub on the back deck! A great place to stay for a skiing and snowboarding vacation -close to Jack Frost and Big Boulder, and ski rental equipment places. New Years on Big Boulder offered fireworks and late night skiing which was awesome! I would definitely rent this vrbo home again.

  • Our family was very comfortable in your beautifully new decorated home. Upon arrival, the kids dove right into the complementary goody basket while the adults unpacked, and the toiletries baggies provided, where an additional bonus. The pool table and the DVD player kept the kids busy while the adults relaxed and enjoyed the deck. Your quick response regarding the plumbing issue, and the fact that it did not interfere with our plans, was greatly appreciated. The beach passes provided where enjoyed by all throughout our stay and the facilities and surroundings were clean and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank you for renting us your house.

  • We really enjoyed staying at your beautiful house. Not only was it very clean but everything was very new and tastefully decorated which made it even more pleasant. We especially liked the close proximity to the lake and the free membership passes you provided. We really enjoyed fishing and kayaking there. The complimentary toiletries in the master bedroom and the welcome-snack-basket were quite nice touches. We had a great time barbequing on the deck and all the needed utensils were provided. The only problem we had was that some mornings there was no hot water but that may have been because we were 12 people staying at the house. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would really put this house over the top would be a nice jetted hot tub outside.
