This cute little 500 sq. ft. retreat is part of a large house that is currently also a rental on VRBO. Both rentals has their own separate keyed entrance to preserve the privacy of the tenants. Big plus is that it is only a few miles to downtown Seattle and is relatively secluded. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room for sleeping accommodations. As of 3/1/08, this is a brand new home that has never been lived in. Inexpensive, clean, safe and close to the Seattle Center are definitely strong points here.
There is parking for up to two cars on the left side and directly in front of the home. Close by conveniences includes restaurants, bus stop (approx. 3 minutes walk), Safeway grocery and the Light Rail System (approx. 7 minutes walk to station)that goes from the Seatac airport to the core downtown district.

$300 reservation deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 3 months before your check-in date or if we can re-book your canceled dates at any time to another renter.
