Your View - Seattle Travel We would like to start off by answering two frequently asked questions, our availability and location. 1. For availability, you can scroll down this page and there is a calendar that you can click on to see if your dates are available. Our calendars are kept up to date by the hour so is very accurate. 2. For location, the address of this rental is: 3663 Renton Ave. S. Seattle, 98144 Offered by TC Property Management Inc. This cute little 500 sq. ft. retreat is part of a large house that is currently also a rental on VRBO. Both rentals has their own separate keyed entrance to preserve the privacy of the tenants. Big plus is that it is only a few miles to downtown Seattle and is relatively secluded. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room for sleeping accommodations. As of 3/1/08, this is a brand new home that has never been lived in. Inexpensive, clean, safe and close to the Seattle Center are definitely strong points here. There is parking for up to two cars on the left side and directly in front of the home. Bus stop and Starbucks is within walking distance and Safeway grocery is a few miles away. $300 reservation deposit is fully refundable if you cancel 3 months before your check-in date or if we can re-book your canceled dates at any time to another renter. $300 Deposit to Hold dates and Full Payment 2 Weeks Prior to Check-in Date.
$300 hold date deposit will convert to a $300 damage deposit upon final paymen
