The bright and cozy condo is located adjacent to the Tijuana Wildlife Estuary, a national treasure, where you can witness the fall migration of the birds. Enjoy an invigorating stroll along the beach while watching California's well known past time - surfing! Or just grab a chair and a cool drink, listen to the melody of the waves with the sand between your toes, and relax.

How about dinner and a movie right in the condo? We offer a full kitchen with all of the amenities, including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Imperial Beach is a family-friendly, non-crowded beach that is a surfer's paradise. Enjoy a walk on the Imperial Beach Pier, where many enjoy fishing, dinner, or a yummy scoop of ice cream. Imperial Beach is also home to the world famous International Sand Castle Competition. Take a short 10 minute drive up the Silver Strand to the beautiful island of Coronado, the Crown City, famous for the Hotel del Coronado, a popular retreat for the movie stars. It is also fun to take a ferry across the bay from Coronado to downtown San Diego, and enjoy fabulous restaurants, entertainment, ships, and shopping in Sea Port Village and the Gas Lamp District. No one can resist the hand-made tortillas in Old Town, Shamu at Sea World, or a San Diego Padres Game. San Diego is rich with culture, education and entertainment. You'll love Balboa Park, home to so many fabulous museums, and, of course, the World Famous San Diego Zoo. If your feeling adventurous, head down to Mexico.   • We stayed at the Condo for about 5 days and we absolutely loved it...the kids had a great time. THe condo had awesome access to the beach and it was nice and quiet, the condo had everything we needed and the chairs and umbrellas that are provided came in handy. We can't wait to go back!

  • We stayed here for 7 days which was the first week of our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! It was very quiet and comfortable. Great beach access. We also enjoyed riding the beach cruisers that are provided for guests. Everything we planned to do was within short driving distance and there is a great little cafe right down the street where we made some new friends. Thank you Javier and Michelle!

  • Great July 4th weekend get away for my family. The condo was very nice and great access to the beach. Javier was helpful in giving us some local restaurants and sites to check out. Much better than staying in a hotel, and we plan to return for future vacations.
