Spruce Grove Chalet is a large two bedroom winterized cottage with hardwood floors, vaulted pine ceiling and warm, comfortable furnishings. It has a 3.5 Stars Canada Select rating. The open concept, fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, overlooks the living and dining areas and commands an outstanding, unobstructed view of the ocean beyond.
Situated on a spacious double lot, the Northumberland Strait coastline is less than 100 meters directly in front, and beach access is a short 2 minute walk.
Enjoy inspiring sunrises and sunsets from the large, wraparound deck and breathe the fresh sea air as you watch the tides ebb and flow.
The calm, warm salt waters of the Strait reach temperatures of 72- 74 degrees Fahrenheit in July and August making it a recreational paradise for young and old alike. Low tide exposes miles of red sand tidal flats and reveals an abundance of marine life waiting to be discovered and explored. Dozens of species of sea birds, including Osprey, Great Blue Heron, Cormorants and Gulls forage along the edge of the retreating sea.
Spruce Grove Chalet is located on the South shore of Prince Edward Island, 25 minutes East of the Confederation Bridge and 20 minutes West of Charlottetown, the provincial capital. The town of Cornwall is less than a 15 minute drive and has all the amenities vacationers require. Prince Edward Island boasts some of the finest, most challenging golf courses in Canada. All are within a one hour drive and most are within 30 minutes.

50% reservation deposit required with return of Rental Agreement.
Balance due 60 days prior to start of booking.
If booking less than sixty days to arrival, full balance due immediately,
with return of Rental Agreement.
Deposit refunded if reservation cancelled at least 60 days in advance.

Although the weather was cold and rainy we enjoyed our stay in PEI. It was great tp have a home base while we travelled the countryside. We arrived mid June and most "attractions" had yet to open or were just opening to tourism. The Small Town events is a great idea. The Spruce Grove Chalet was perfect for our family of 5. It was great to be able to cook breakfast and some lunches at "home". It was also great to find a place willing to rent on a daily basis rather than a weekly rental. Tracey was very helpful in finding a medical clinic on a Sunday for my sick daughter. Thanks so much again!

I love Spruce Grove Chalet! This house is wonderful and, to top it off, the beach was great. Many sea creatures were lurking about between and underneath the rocks! I love PEI and I hope to come back next year!
