Located in the South Lake Tahoe Keys, this beautiful, professionally decorated vacation home has everything you need for a fantastic vacation.
This gorgeous and spacious home has the most incredible views of Mt. Tallac through its huge picture windows. This home allows you complete privacy inside. You may feel that you are in a National Geographic movie from all of the animals activities.
From October to March, cross country skiing and snow shoeing are allowed right out the backyard gate. Acre’s and acres of beautiful trails await you. The sunsets are breath taking. On sunny days, you will see coyote families off in the distance coming out to sun themselves and teach their youngsters how to hunt. The occasional porkupine may lumber along. The bird species are exceptional for the birder. You feel like you can reach out and touch some of these magnificent creatures from the deck.
From March to October, as the snow melts, beautiful water lilies emerge and a lagoon is formed. You may see the occasional bear walking her cubs lazily about in the distance and then back to their den in the forest. These stunning views are constantly changing all throughout the year.
This home was just recently remodeled with granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen. Three ovens and a six burner range lure the cook of the group. Hardwood floors in the kitchen, as well as a oversized dining table, are included for a wonderful dining experience. A beautiful rock fireplace in the great room will make everyone feel cozy and warm. Three and a half large baths, one with it’s own private Jacuzzi tub looking out at the fabulous views.
This 5 bedroom home sleeps 12 with two King Master Suites, Two Queen Suites and one bunk bed room which allows four to sleep with their camping out theme. All rooms are professionally decorated with the finest linens and spreads. Expensive pillow top mattresses in every room will make it hard for anyone to get out of bed! Two of the rooms look out at the views. The upstairs suite is huge allowing a reading area. You can look right out the front window and see the gondola's running up and down the resort year round at Heavenly Valley. The back of the property allows the glowing views in the evening of Camp Richardson off in the distance.
This home comes with tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, barbeque facilities on the private beach as well as childrens play areas and dog parks. Have a stroll on the beach or walk on to Camp Richardson, where a lovely restaurant awaits.
Rent bikes, jet skis and boats, just a stones throw away at the Tahoe Keys Marina. You may like to walk to the, "Fresh Catch" dining experience located right in the marina providing excellent views from their location, inside and out on the patio. They also provide great local band groups for your entertainment. There's a great walking trail there as well, so don't forget to bring fido! Maybe you will be more drawn to hanging out in the hot tub with a glass of wine or a morning bloody mary, mesmerized by the view.
This home is minutes away from the World Class Casino’s, indoor and outdoor shows, bowling, cinima's and fabulous five star restaurants,most with their own entertainment groups, not to mention fantastic ski resorts! Have a big family? No worries. There are plenty of places to play and dine for resonable prices. Hey, what about that picnic on the beach? There are "GO" shuttles provided for different zones of the lake making it fantastic to get wherever you would like to go. There are also other local dining areas located within walking distance. Takes the worry out of drinking and driving doesn't it?

We so enjoyed our weekend at the Majestic, I only wish we could have stayed longer. My close girlfriends family and ours went to get away for both of our Anniversaries. Both families love to cook and found the kitchen more than ready to handle our menus. The view is amazing and walking up the stairs the first morning after checking on the kids all cozy and chatting from their bunk beds and catching it in full view literally took my breath away.The neighbors were so hospitable and we had several wonderful and helpful conversations on our walk around the area. I hope we can come back soon in the winter and see how the view has changed!

Hi Folks: We would like to highly recommend this home to anyone that would enjoy a fantastic destination vacation. Our family just returned from our wonderful vacation. This home has it all. Comfortable beds, fantastic location, a fantastic kitchen that is so well appointed that we didn't want to leave. The place is just beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. We watched the sunrise in the hot tub every morning and the views and animal life was incredible. We biked everywhere on the paths and were amazed at how close everything was. The beach is a stones throw out the back gate which was lovely and we really enjoyed Taylor Creek to watch the salmon spawn. We look forward to coming back in the winter so we can do some snow shoeing and some skiing. The indoor pool was great for the kids. So much to do and so little time. It was great, thank you so much! The photos do not do this home justice. It is even more beautiful in person. The views are SO fabulous, the home is super clean, comfortable, and spacious. It was truly relaxing to eat dinner and drink our chocolate out on the patio with the views of the mountain. And Kiva beach is a short car ride away for beach-going pooches! We would recommend this home to anyone, without hesitation.

This was the first time that my daughter and I had the opportunity to spend a few days with my brothers, sister, sister in-law, cousins, nieces and nephew along with our parents. And I have to say, we chose the right house. The location was perfect and the views were outstanding. Mike and Judy have done a nice job with their home. Everything was perfect. The home is with-in walking distance from Camp Richardson and a short drive to the casinos. And a short drive to the private beach (part of the HOA) that includes an indoor/outdoor pool (small fee). I highly recommend this property for families.

Me, my wife and our four kids along with some good friends and their four kids had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay. More than enough room for the 12 of us in this 5 bedroom luxury home. The mountain views from the living room and kitchen were amazing. Every part of this home was high end; from the granite kitchen counter tops to the intricate stone work in the bathrooms to the four poster bed in the master bedroom. We definately will be back, as this place has set the bar for a cozy Tahoe getaway.

Thank you so very much for such a fabulous weekend! Your house is absolutely beautiful and the location is great! I never would have believed the amazing private view that could exist in such a warm neighborhood environment... There was nothing that wasn't perfect....well maybe one thing....
