Located in the South Lake Tahoe Keys, this beautiful, professionally decorated vacation home has everything you need for a fantastic vacation.
This gorgeous and spacious home has the most incredible views of Mt. Tallac through its huge picture windows. This home allows you complete privacy inside. You may feel that you are in a National Geographic movie from all of the animals activities.
From October to March, cross country skiing and snow shoeing are allowed right out the backyard gate. Acre’s and acres of beautiful trails await you. The sunsets are breath taking. On sunny days, you will see coyote families off in the distance coming out to sun themselves and teach their youngsters how to hunt. The occasional porkupine may lumber along. The bird species are exceptional for the birder. You feel like you can reach out and touch some of these magnificent creatures from the deck.
From March to October, as the snow melts, beautiful water lilies emerge and a lagoon is formed. You may see the occasional bear walking her cubs lazily about in the distance and then back to their den in the forest. These stunning views are constantly changing all throughout the year.
This home was just recently remodeled with granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen. Three ovens and a six burner range lure the cook of the group. Hardwood floors in the kitchen, as well as a oversized dining table, are included for a wonderful dining experience. A beautiful rock fireplace in the great room will make everyone feel cozy and warm. Two and a half large baths, one with it’s own private Jacuzzi tub looking out at the fabulous views.
This 5 bedroom home sleeps 12 to 14 with two King Master Suites, Two Queen Suites and one bunk bed room which allows four to sleep with their camping out theme. All rooms are professionally decorated with the finest linens and spreads. Expensive pillow top mattresses in every room will make it hard for anyone to get out of bed! Two of the rooms look out at the views. The upstairs suite is huge allowing a reading area. You can look right out the front window and see the gondola's running up and down the resort year round at Heavenly Valley. The back of the property allows the glowing views in the evening of Camp Richardson off in the distance.
This home comes with tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, barbeque facilities on the private beach as well as childrens play areas and dog parks. Have a stroll on the beach or walk on to Camp Richardson, where a lovely restaurant awaits.
Rent bikes, jet skis and boats, just a stones throw away at the Tahoe Keys Marina. You may like to walk to the, "Fresh Catch" dining experience located right in the marina providing excellent views from their location, inside and out on the patio. They also provide great local band groups for your entertainment. There's a great walking trail there as well, so don't forget to bring fido! Maybe you will be more drawn to hanging out in the hot tub with a glass of wine or a morning bloody mary, mesmerized by the view.
This home is minutes away from the World Class Casino’s, indoor and outdoor shows, bowling, cinima's and fabulous five star restaurants,most with their own entertainment groups, not to mention fantastic ski resorts! Have a big family? No worries. There are plenty of places to play and dine for resonable prices. Hey, what about that picnic on the beach? There are "GO" shuttles provided for different zones of the lake making it fantastic to get wherever you would like to go. There are also other local dining areas located within walking distance. Takes the worry out of drinking and driving doesn't it?
