You can rest assure that our unit is SPOTLESS! We enforce the highest code of quality with keeping our unit extremely clean! All carpets and living room furniture upholstery professionally steam cleaned on 7/8/2011. Also, our unit is baby/kid friendly; we've baby proofed most of the unit and it includes a baby crib; baby tub; booster seat; pack-n-play; and potty - and if you don't need these items, they store easy in the kids room closet out of site and out of the way.
Come enjoy the beach in a beautiful, newly constructed, high-end luxury condo nestled within the Sunset Island community at Ocean City, Maryland. Once you arrive, there is no need to drive, as Sunset Island offers three private bayside beaches, indoor and outdoor pools plus kiddy pool, an interactive fountain for the kids, clubhouse, fitness center, walking trail, marina, crabbing and fishing pier, restaurant and other amenities. Sunset Island often has activities for the kids like a moon bounce and an outdoor movie theater. The owner’s of the condo have two lovely little boys age 1 and 3. We fell in love with Sunset Island since it is so family oriented and our kids just have a blast!
Why the Owner Chose Sunset Island
We wanted something easy for us since we have two little boys. We found Sunset Island perfect! Our little ones can play and have fun on the Island between the interactive fountain; swimming; playing in the sand on the bay beach; crabbing; fishing; ect; and when nap time hits, it's just a 1 minute walk back to the condo to get the kids in bed. Having little kids we needed a vacation spot that actually gave us a vacation!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We like the fact that we have baby proofed the entire condo; all of the kitchen drawers have latches; ect; so when we bring the kids in we don’t have to worry about stuff getting pulled out of the cabinets. Also, we have all it kid and baby friendly; it includes a baby crib; baby tub; booster seat; pack-n-play; and potty - and if you don't need these items, they store easy in the kids room closet out of site and out of the way.
Finally, there is plenty to do on the Island to keep the kids entertained all day; or it’s just a quick walk to the ocean. We also like going to North Side Park bay side 120th street; they have such an amazing large free kids play ground. And finally, we often visit the Java Café around 9th street and the board walk, since they offer a huge free play area for the kids. And not to forget the kids love the Dough Roller Pizza! They are located just a block or two from the Island.

We just returned home yesterday after a week long stay at Sunset Island. What appealed to me about this unit was the fact that they have a portable crib, bathtub, changing pad cover, pack and play and a booster seat (also a potty chair for older toddlers). Everything you would need for a six month old! The condo was so big that it was like being home. We spent a lot of time in the condo due to naps and our little guy went to bed at 8:00 every night. We were extremely comfortable. It was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and we would love to stay here again.
Owner response:Hi Donna ... thank you so much for renting our condo. Since we have two little boys now 3 and 5, we try very much to keep our unit baby/toddler friendly. We looked very hard to find our baby crib by Baby Delta which includes a nice 4" thick mattress. Also, if you have a toddler just starting to sleep in a bed we suggest using the trundle which pulls out from under the lower bunk bed which is close to the floor so you don’t have to worry if your toddler rolls out of bed. We hope to rent to you again next season!

We have stayed in this unit for 2 years. This unit is beautifully furnished, clean, has up-to-date appliances, and a great bedroom for the children. They love the bunk beds! Relax by the pool or balcony, take a nice walk around the community paths, fish on the pier, and exercise at the club house. Watch the sunset every night! We can't wait for 2012!

Just returned from Sunset Island. We had a wonderful vacation. The property was perfect for our family which includes a 5 yr/2yr. The property was well maintained and clean. The owner was very helpful and replied to all requests for information. Contract process went very smoothly. Would recommend this property. If we return to OC, we will be renting again with this owner.

This is a wonderful condo. Photos don't do it justice. My husband and I were there with our two sons (age 21 & 24) and two of their friends and it was perfect. Owner is a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating. We had never been to Sunset Island before and it is a beautiful destination and a great location. You still get the feel of Ocean City but once you're back at Sunset Island you feel like you're at a resort in the South. We had such a wonderful time, we've already booked another stay in the Fall. We would recommend this terrific condo without reservation.

I can't say enough about what a great time my family and I had at the resort. The resort has everything you need for a relaxing vacation right on the island. We found the condo to be clean, well decorated, and spacious. The owners were very easy to deal with. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a top notch place to vacation in OCM.

The accomodations of Sunset Island were wonderful; everything is top notch, from the pool to the restaurant/pool bar and the walking trail. Everything inside the condo was clean and beautiful. The elevator and keyless entry made the stay seemless. The condo was stocked with all the neccesities we needed,pots/pans,xbox, fllat screen tvs. We had a memorable stay and would love to return in the future. We highly recommend a visit!

This condo is beautifully decorated, lovingly maintained, and absolutely immaculate! It is obvious the owners take great pride in this unit. It is much bigger than the pictures make it seem, and it has all the amenities any family needs when travelling with or without little ones. The location within Sunset Island is ideal: it is a quick, picturesque walk to the bay beach and pool, and the unit itself has a scenic view of the pond and interactive fountains (which the kids adore!). It is also a quick walk to the ocean beach, but the resort itself is so beautiful you may never want to leave. The owner is very thorough, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend this unit to anyone!
