Nice place

This home is in a nice area. We were greeted by a friendly deer! The property was what I expected. It is really outdated, but it worked for my visit. Very spacious. The only problem besides all the old decor was that it was cold at night, but the owners have heaters in most if not all the rooms.

Perfect setting for a family reunion that attracted family members from CA, SC, ND, KS and the Denver metro area. Had plenty of room for our 10 adults and enjoyed the scenic views from the deck as well as the daily wildlife that thought this home was THEIR vacation home. The deck provided plenty of time for catching up and relaxing BBQ's and didn't need the a/c in late July/early August days. Shopping was down the street and the house was well stocked with everything we needed and expected. Had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend for future visitors.

We had a family wedding in Denver and used this house for the central family hub. Located in Parker and very convenient to anything you might need. Grocery store is less than a mile away. The house has two floors and lots of space for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed the deck and outdoor views. Deer came into the backyard everyday! The kitchen and eating areas can sit 12+ people at one time. The owner is very responsive and came right away to refill the propane tank for the bbq grill. My only suggestion to the owner would be a little spit and polish cleaning of the windows and window sills. With no A/C (not needed) you open the windows...but the sills are dirty and dusty. Otherwise everything is set up perfectly to be used for your stay. And they have wifi in the house.....a super bonus for everyone to connect to the internet. That's a wonderful plus.

The house was perfect for our family of 10. We saw deer everyday on the property and the grandkids made great use of the park across the street. The descriptions were right on. Would stay there again and have recommended it to a friend going to Parker later this year. Kathy from Illinois 2010

This house is large enough to handle a large family with ease. The park across the street as well as the large backyard gave plenty of space for grandkids to play. Nice deck and patio for sitting outside during the evenings. House is very clean and well maintained. Very well stocked with plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. This is a house we would gladly rent again.
